First of all the staff is very friendly. It’s a nice new hotel, well decorated, with tatami mats around the property. So you can just wear socks (even provided). The onsen facilities are very nice. Which for us the main reason to visit the hotel. It’s nice that at certain time of day they provide free snacks or even ramen in the evening.

The hotel is well managed and clean. There is free coffee avaliable at the lobby and Ramen served at 10pm as snacks. The Japanese breakfast is super good. Convinent location to ski area. Close to JR Station.

Dinner is highly sort after and difficult to book. Must book at the same time when you book the room if you wish to stay at the property for dinner. However, lots of restaurants nearby.

We would say everything (we visit in Oct2023). Staffs are nice and helpful, and make our stay truly feel like second home. Room is clean and well prepared. Beds are comfy, and have no problems to our sleep. Private bathes and public bath are clean and well-organised. If you use it during day-time, you will find a panoramic view - which is so splendid! (we enjoy it so much!). Breakfast in Japanese style - which they serve a lots of stuffs in set - however we must say it truly fulfil our day. We also get discount for dragondora ropeway ticket (I think you can get cheaper price if you buy at some designated hotel - however we cannot read japanese, so we just ask the price and book through the hotel instead). In brief, we recommended and we would go back again!

The onsen and food.

The bed was a little too low, and the pillow was too soft hence I woke up with backache, neck ache. Will be better if there are 2 pillows (can help to prop up the neck). Dinner was sumptuous, but for me who doesn’t drink the free cup of sake, I have to pay for my own apple juice (which I thought should be free since sake is more expensive than juice).

The property is just a short walk from Echigo Yuzawa Train Station. The property is awesome with lots of facilities, 3 different Private Onsens, unlimited ramen at night. Rooms are really great.

The bed was a bit too hard and there were only 2 pillows for each bed. It would be ok for single beds, but for a King Size bed that means we both only have 1 pillow each and we asked for extra pillows but they weren't available until our last night of our stay.

We came for the Fujii rock festival 2023. The hotel location close to the station was perfect for the shuttle bus. The hotel is very nice, clean and the stuff is well educated. The Onsen Bath is very very nice. Clean, freshly renovated, with several bathtubs and two saunas. The Japanese breakfast was very tasty. After being at the Fujii rock festival all day long, It was nice to soak in the hot bath and to relax.

I think we paid a special premium price because of the festival. The room was really small.

We were pampered totally. The room is warm and spacious. Free snacks and drinks are available at the lobby and level 6. The somen served every night tastes great! The whole place is with tatami, fantastic to walk (without shoes). Breakfast is great but a little too much food. During checkout, they even offered to send you to the station even though it is a very short walk to the station. Special thanks to all the dedicated staff! It was a wonderful stay.

The property was serene and very comfortable. We admire the traditional Japanese style and concept of this property. It had numerous areas to enjoy, such as their lobby which served coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, their restaurants that offered course meals for breakfast and dinner, their private and public onsen, and many more. The room was very spacious and clean. It was very peaceful.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff at all levels. The location is very convenient The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The addition of fine details and subtle extras is warming.

The meals, while of high quality throughout, were a little monotonous after four to five days. An added variety of menu would be beneficial.
