Service was absolutely amazing ! team at ki niseko was professional and did an amazing job in making the stay phenomenal ! I particularly liked the fact that we were picked up at the Hirafu welcome centre upon getting off the chuo bus. I also really appreciated the fact that I could leave my skis with the ski team at the hotel upon finishing my last ski day rather than having to return them to the shop my self. Also , you can store your ski equipment with the team every night and pick them up in the morning. Hotel located a few steps below hirafu ski resort was excellent. Onsen was also class. Enjoyed my stay very much !

High quality breakfast every morning . However, after having the exact same breakfast 3 days in a row . It became slightly mundane.

The staffs are nice. The hotel has contacted me in advance of the stay to ask if there is anything they can assist with our trip. This is reallt good for our 1st ime in Niseko. They help arrange with the gear rental, ski course, etc. The location is also good Not far fron the restaurants and they also have the ski valet, which you can ski in and out. The best thing is onsen, both private and public. We enjoyed using the onsen everyday. It is really good that you can relax yourself in the onsen after the long day of ski.

The restaurant. The food and ingredient did not meet the expectation when compare to the price. Overall, I found the hotel was clean but there was 1 incident that the group of hairs was found in the towel.

Absolutely amazing place. Staff unbelievable. Straight out the door and onto the mountain. View of Mt Yotei was sensational. I spent pretty much 2 days in my room soaking up the snow storm views and the changing light. My best hotel experience in Japan so far. All the staff bring a positive energy into everything they do.Best coffee so far in the cafe. Breakfast was a delight

Location was superb - ski in ski out. Ski room concierge would clean & store our skis & boots ready for the next day, then get them out ready to use. Breakfast buffet was ample with both Japanese & western foods. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Organised our transfers to & from the Welcome Centre & Kutchan train station. Shuttle bus around the area every hour was very helpful. The onsen was invaluable after a days skiing along with the private onsen to relax in with just your partner.

The price of dining in seemed a little bit extravagant to other restaurants in the area (although the area seemed expensive to eat at generally).

An extremely well maintained ski resort, with an awesomw view of Mount Yotei. Situated right below the foot of Mt Annapuri, and next to the Hirafu Lift with her own ski-in and ski-out valet on Level 2. My son and I stayed in their one-bedroom suite and their in-room amenities were great. Their resort was staffed with an internationalised team who can cater to multiple language needs, and they are all very warm and attentive. Their response to my queries over messaging prior to my arrival was extremely helpful and prompt to arrange the ski lesson and snowmobiling experience. I am grateful. The breakfast spread is generous with seafood, served in a fusion Jap restaurant. Although their display of the breakfast can be further thought through, the flow and the positioning aren't optimal. The narrow lane also seemed to be crowded with watching service crew. Overall, I love the room ... It was perfect.

Was able to check in early because my room happened to be ready! Also, when I was leaving I had planned on walking to the bus station but they kindly shuttled me to the bus station since the shuttle bus was heading that way anyways. Google maps also had the wrong bus schedule so we made it just in time. Next bus would've been at least two hours later! Amazingly considerate staff, loved the private onsen as well.

we loved our stay at Ki! the private onsen was so great after a day skiing. staff were great and room was large!! only issue we had was the laundry supplies the dryer didn’t really work so it took hours to dry clothes. but we loved the hotel couldn’t fault. would happily stay again and great location right next to the gondola.

The room is spacious and all necessities were provided. Both public and private onsens are great! A wide range of food were available at breakfast.

The second floor room is not high enough for a good view. Others can look inside the room. The breakfast room was a little small for the number of guests there.

Superb hotel in Niseko. Beautiful view of Mt. Yotei from hotel room. Feel very cozy during stay. Good quality and various options of buffet breakfast. Good small onsen. Recommended for first time skiers because it’s a ski-in/ ski-out hotel. Really helpful staff. The best hotel for our family in this trip.

The staff was superb. Very nice and helpful. The facilities were also clean and very fun to spend time in. The onsen was really nice! Our overall stay was very good.

I didn't like that the breakfast juice was warm. I also missed more non-sweet fruit juices such as grapefruit. I missed green tea as well, as all that was available was black. I also would have like loose leaf tea rather than bags.
