The staff are really nice and the hotel management they approved our check in earlier that we expected, and also they extended out check out for an hour because of my headache and it was all for free., the hotel was very considerate and friendly. The foods are great specially the dinner buffet and the breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and amazing view , and very comfortable beds. They also added pillows in our room in our request . Thank you so much for all the staffs of Oisoh , for a job well done❤️

Nothing at all, but unfortunately because of the bad weather, we didn't had the chance to enjoy the infinity warm ool , and the outdoor jacuzzi. We really came there for it, but it didn't happened, that's the saddest thing.

Great location, nice lobby and facilities. We loved to spend time in infinity pool - amazing view and jacuzzi was helpful coz it was a bit cold on that day. Also there were not many people at the pool, coz only hotel guests are allowed to go there. we staid for 1 night only and next day went to the Long Beach pool. I didn’t expect much from the artificial beach, but the place was also nice! We rented a float and was swimming around big pool, it was fun and comfortable. There are many food shops by the beach and you can bring food and drinks under your parasol.

Spa and infinity pool are the main attraction here, providing a great experience and fabulous views, it´s a very enjoyable area. I have read reviews complaining about lack of information in English at the hotel but that was not the case for us. Staff at reception was very attentive and we got all the information we needed. Beds are comfortable enough, wifi worked fine, there are vending machines in all floors and everything was fine. This was the second time to visit and will surely be back in the future.

It´s necessary to book in advance in order to eat at any of the restaurants in the hotel. Convenience store and a ramen restaurant nearby require some walking up and down a hill.

- no washer and dryer despite for long travelers - can hear next room flush toilette - pillow and bed too soft - no satellite TV channels ( no English channels) - fitness center closed too early at 9pm

Staffs are very friendly and kind. Room is sparkling clean. I also love the shampoo and soap they use in the shower (Pola). Spa and pool are great too. I enjoyed the buffet dinner.

I have to wait really long to buy the ticket to get into the long beach (pool area). this could have been prevented of the hotel guests are allowed to buy the tickets at the reception. Room is a little small for the price. Breakfast and dinner is optional at 6,000¥ and 3000¥. personally I think there aren’t enough variety for breakfast

There are public bath, laundry and restaurants, family can stay inside for a day or two relaxing

The checkin took 30 mins which was too long, other expenses were expensive I.e. 900 yen for a clothes washing self service coin laundry, and the restaurants were not cheap.

Lovely hotel. The room can be small and a bit outdated but staff was so kind and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. A lot of choices. The outside pool within the hotel was nice although it was raining on the day.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t book massages as it was fully booked. The Onsen facility was only for 12 years and above.

Great location. Near the beach. Outstanding staff. Best part was the Onsen.

Access to the hotel is a bit far to walk from the closest train station. It is a few minutes to the nearest local bus stop/station. Would need to use either your own car, taxi, or bus.

amazing rooftop pool and spa facilities with views of fuji and ocean

the bar at the Rooftop had apparently “sold out” out of all alcoholic beverages…. very poor considering they literally order some from the restaurant downstairs or get from a supplier. the bar was not even a bar…. this was the only disappointment. no music or much of an atmosphere either but amazing facilities and views

Big room, nice view

Carpet looked very old, It ruined the whole look of the room. The spa area on the 4th floor was for additional price and children are not allowed, what I didn’t know before booking.
