The hotek is stylish and beautiful, staff was very kind and helpful. Also a private beach with white sand.

The place is old and not renovated - rusty handrails, rusty frames on balconies, chipped off paint. Also the room itself had a distinct moss smell with hints of old people.

Everything was wonderful! The room was spacious, comfortable and good value for money. The pool and beach areas were clean and quiet with many options for activities/rental items. The staff were always friendly (but not fully confident in English so we used Japanese during the stay). Convenience stores and good restaurants nearby, as well as another public beach and a bus stop to travel north to the aquarium and south to the airport (we used the OAS - airport shuttle to get to both locations, not the local, slower buses and you can buy a ticket there and then. It's 1400 yen from the Tiger Beach bus stop). Also, the interior of the hotel was gorgeous - so much nature, like vines hanging down.

The wi-fi was not secure. We could only access a public wifi per floor - the room didn't have individual secure wifi despite the website saying so.

The hotel is just breathtaking beautiful with its big inner yards and private beach. There are many restaurants and konbinis around. Also the hotel offers lots of activities but they come at an extra price. Aside from that the stuff was amazingly friendly and I loved how much you could discover within the hotel.

As a vegetarian I'm always struggling with Japanese cuisine. I was hoping that the international restaurant at the hotel would have more vegetarian dishes but in the end the options were quite limited and you could tell that making vegetarian dishes is not their speciality.

We liked the rooms, the swimming pools, the beach, the buffets, the staff. Snorkeling was conveniently provided by the Hotel - and was wonderful. And the airport bus picked us up at the hotel, which was great.

Visitor sites in general were not nearby; it took hours to get to them with public transportation. For example, it took about 2 hours one-way to get to Okinawan museums in Naha. It took us longer to get to Yambaru National Park with a ONO (Okinawa National Office) tour guide conveniently picking us up and dropping us off at our hotel, although the day-long tour was excellent. We stayed at Moon Beach in April which meant some rainy, cloudy days not great for taking full advantage of the pools and beach facilities as much as one might have liked.

The setting on the beach was beautiful, our rooms were spacious and had great amenities. The restaurant had an amazing variety of food, and the staff were super helpful. There were nearby restaurants and shops within walking distance, and taxis were also readily available for longer trips.

The resort is an hour from the airport and many of the other tourist destinations that we were interested in, so while we had ready access to a beautiful beach, it took a lot of time and money to use taxis to get to other sites. The hotel was under renovation in some areas so it was not as peaceful as I had hoped.

The beach and the pool are amazing! Limousine bus to airport picks you up from front desk.

The food wasn’t tasty, the hotel is really old and rusty in some places, all the beach equipment and seats need to be payed to be used. Also pool towels are only 1 per person for free per day, if you need another towel you’ll need to pay for it. Onsen fee is required for first time and also felt too old and not welcoming. There is a fee to park your rental car in the hotel’s parking which should be free for hotel customers.

The resort is beachfront, and the ocean can be seen from many spots (poolside, the breakfast lounge, etc.). The resort itself is gorgeous, with many photo opportunities (such as the hanging green vines in the courtyard). The staff were lovely and welcoming. Many restaurants and conbinis around the area also.

The breakfast buffet which we paid extra for could've been much better. There were not many options and each day it was the same thing, which is disappointing. Also, I don't see why guests have to pay extra to reserve deck chairs and umbrellas at the resort beach? We paid around 3000yen per day for 2 chairs and an umbrella at a resort which we already paid so much money to book..

The location and views was great… lots of local food options (but beware that most are closed for lunch and need to be booked for dinner). Food options at the hotel are good but a little expensive. Breakfast buffet was excellent and has good western food options. Rooms were comfortable and clean (excellent bathrooms) but a bit musky in smell due to age of the building. Beach and pool were amazing. Overall the resort was wonderful for our family, reasonable value for money and comfortable enough for the 3 night stay.

We wanted to use the spa/sauna but have tattoos so we’re unable to use even if covered up. During the day there was often a very strong smell of sewerage, it smelled strong at the hotel but also in the street generally so I’m not sure if it is just due to the age of the town infrastructure, but it was worse on the hotter days we were there. Beds were a little hard and pillows were feather so flattened out to a pancake and very uncomfortable. Overall the resort is a little tired but with the new renovations it should be nicer

Spacious room, beautiful beach. Local restaurants + Lawson are near. Good breakfast.

You have to pay for the umbrellas and chairs at the beach (3300¥ which are super old) and the Gym (1100¥). And there aren’t many chairs around the pool. The outdoor pool + beach closes at 6pm. You can only swim in the marked area. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, so half a day it was pretty loud. Rest of the days were no problem.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel and the surrounding area is quite comfortable with shops, restaurants and other dining places. The room was very comfy and big, the staff were super friendly and welcoming.

The only thing that was not that great was the wifi from the room. The connection was better from the foyer area.
