The hotel is not the newest, but it's very well kept. I liked the size of the room and how clean it was kept. Staff was always polite and helpful. Beach is 5 minutes walk. I was able to watch baseball matches from the balcony :) food was good. Bus terminal is also 5 minutes away. City center with bars and restaurants is a bit far, it'd take around 15-20 minutes walking, but I don't think it's a problem - we've spent most of the time on the beach sand in the nearby park.

The room was nice and very clean. We had a problem with our aircondition when we got there and the staff was fast in helping us. The rest of the staff were very accommodating. There was a luggage service in the hotel, which was very convenient. The staff even filled in the form for us. The breakfast was superb! The location is great as well.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

My room had semi circular balcony facing the 21st century forest beach with unblocked view of sunrise and sunset. Room size is quite spacious.

The hotel breakfast has exactly the same menu everyday except they alternate between mackerel and white fish. Good if hotel can offer more varied breakfast especially for guests who stay more than two nights.

Good location - close to the main bus terminal which makes getting there easy. A few nice little restaurants nearby which was great. Close to a beach where you can swim and has a massive convenience store next to it.

Room was oddly damp and I wasn't sure why. This meant it had a bit of a smell which you notice when you walk in. The hotel is a bit dated in terms of decor.

- clean, quiet, comfortable - friendly, helpful staff - wifi excellent - location close to bus terminal and beach - every day bottled water supplied - the best of Nago was the ‘Lucky Lanka’ restaurant, food was so delicious, the very best I’ve had during 2 weeks on Okinawa

- 2 green tea bags supplied for a 3 night stay was a bit stingy, I think.

The location is very good as it is near the bus terminal and the beach. There is also a convenience store next to the building. I got a room which the view of the beach can be seen easily. As a muslim, I really appreciate they provided me with the halal menu but you need to make reservation beforehand first before your stay.

Really good hotel! The people at the reception were really nice and helpful. The bus station is 5 min away and there is a beach right next to it. Everything was clean. I was really happy with the hotel. The restaurant has also a very nice buffet.

Nice, cosy place, clean with really friendly staff. Unfortunately dining is mostly Chinese (it's mentioned on the website), but I was still expecting a little wider variety of Okinawan (Japanese) dishes at least for breakfast. In general it was a nice experience, I would stay there anytime

Have stayed here before Location is very good & in a quieter location, overlooking the ocean....shame it was raining most of the time. Lovely buffet breakfast.

Beds were super, super hard. Thankfully there was extra bedding in the cupboard.

Convenient location, decently sized room, comfortable beds. If I knew it's this good, I could have stay more nights and just drive around the area since everything is close by (if you have a car).

It would be nice if this price includes breakfast.
