Everything is perfect, very comfortable. The only thing which is a bit down is bathroom space, it is a little too crowded. we very enjoyed our stay at hotel zanppa. Thank you very much.❤ There is a very private beach on the end of the road in front of hotel, but I don't know if it's safe or not. It's worth taking a stroll along the coast in front of hotel if you like the sea.😁

The place was very clean. The size of the room is great and it has everything you need for long stays. We had a problem with the room and the staff solved it right away!
Be aware a car is needed for this location. Nearest convenience store is 20 minutes by foot. With car you can reach amazing places from this location

It’s a basic studio-like apartment (not sure why it’s called Hotel…) in a quiet area where we could cook, do our laundry and relax. A car is necessary! The beautiful sights of Cape Zampa and Zakimi castle are nearby. There is no elevator so if you have heavy luggage, you may want to ask for a first-floor room.

Location was great. Near to Cape Zanpa, grocery shop, restaurants. Was located in quiet and safe neighbourhood. Room was clean and had a launderette.
Include a lift in the building. We had to climb to the 4th floor to our room.

Very comfortable and spacious! Very friendly host! You have to walk 20 minutes from the Yomitan bus terminal, but it was not a big problem, it was a beautiful neighborhood, and if you have a car it is a perfect place!

The building is an apartment building with converted rooms, so the bathroom is quite small. However, the beds were really comfortable and the view from our room was incredible! You can easily access the roof on the 5th floor, which has places to sit, so we bought dinner and ate it up there while enjoying the gorgeous sunset over the ocean. The owner is really friendly and helpful and gave us a map with dining and beach tips. The beach was only a few minutes' drive away.
