Great location only a few minutes walk from a main station. The hotel provides so many free things you really feel that you are getting good value for money. We stayed for two nights and were given 8,000 yen worth of vouchers to spend on things in the hotel. We used them to pay for breakfast. We also got two afternoon tea vouchers which meant we could have a free afternoon tea for both of us on two days. In addition, there are unlimited free alcoholic drinks, snacks, access to a games room, laundry and an amenities station.

The room was quite small and very dark. The decor could do with being modernised. The breakfast offering was quite limited - you are given a Japanese breakfast and the option to make your own pizza.

We had the best experience in this hotel, amazed with what’s provided for the customers. It’s very close to Tennoji station, a couple of minutes walk from the North exit (turn right). The room we stayed is small but very functional, toilet and bathroom are separated. We enjoyed the access to the lounge, it’s free with all sorts of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. Hotel gave us the coupons which we used to upgrade our room. They also gave us the tickets for afternoon tea everyday. There’s free ramen everyday from 8-10pm as well. We were also impressed with the variety of the amenities, there are so many things that you can choose. All of these which really show their care for the customers. We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

This was our best hotel during this travel! The building seems a bit outdated from the outside, though inside is a paradise. We had a small room, even though this was the most Japanese experience we had (comparing to the standard business hotels). Bathroom and toiler were separated. Many many amenities we received and we could take from the lobby, free laundry (detergent provided). And the best of all - not only that we've received many vouchers and we bought two dinners, we had amazing Tea service, free all you can drink, free simple ramen, etc. We were amazed and we're hoping to come back next time!

Absolutely everything, especially the amazing hospitality, probably the best hotel in our entire trip, even better than other 5 stars hotels we have stayed, it was so much fun, they even mailed us a little bag we forgot to our next hotel we're definitely coming back and recommending this place to friends and family.

The washing machines aren't that great, took us a way longer time than anticipated to do laundry but that's not their fault at all. Staff was super helpful and apologetic and it was free of charge so no complaints!

Staff are very friendly and provided superb services. The hotel also gave us with lots of coupons for food and souvenirs. Location is excellent as it is only a couple minutes walk to the JR/subway station and there are several shopping malls within the area. The hotel also provides lots of free food/entertainment such as afternoon tea, late night ramen and gaming area. Overall a wonderful experience to stay here.

Our room is a little dusty. More food variety would be nice.

All the staffs were exceptionally friendly! they greeted everyone with a smile and made us feel welcomed. the location was superb, just a minute walk from the Tennōji Station, and there's a lot to do in the station alone! wish we had more time to spend at the area. we chose this hotel because it had a direct train to the airport, and we had an early flight to catch. now, we wished we stayed longer :)

nothing at all, everything was great. although however I'm not a big fan of wooden furniture, but the room was very well equipped and had everything you need.

Very friendly and helpful front staff, lots of free stuff and perks that came with the room. Comfortable bed, jacuzzi and massage chair were lovely. We were quite satisfied for what we paid. Location was great, right next to the station, lots of stuff happening around.

The cleaning was not done well leaving our used mugs behind and not doing the bed or tidying. The BBQ was quite shabby and not worth going to. The TV channels were not available from our second day onwards

We enjoyed being able to easily get around using the nearby station and waking to the nearby park and Shinsekai area. A big surprise was all of the amenities the hotel provided. Being an American, we are skeptical of items being offered in rooms as they usually charge extra fees. Here, many items are free or included with coupons in the room price. The staff did their best to help us when needed, even with limited English speaking (we understand very minimal Japanese words and phrases- our own fault). I truly appreciated their effort!

It’s probably not the standard, but a larger bath towel would be nice.

Hotel is located 5 minute walk from tennoji Station. I got free voucher for afternoon tea and 2500 yen worth that could be used on the restaurant, for late check out, or for the souvenirs. They also have a lounge that offers free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Shame I only stayed for a night so wasn't able to maximize all the amenities but I definitely recommend it and would stay again!

The room I got was definitely small and felt cramped.

This is our 3rd stay at Bali Tower and we are delightfully impressed by the condition of everything! The maintenance is well done and room is kept as new as our first visit. Size of room is huge and we have our own massage chair in the room to enjoy. Plenty of freebies they offer including free drinks every day. Location is so handy and staff are excellent. Will come back again.
