It is close to the famous shopping streets. There are a lot of choices of restaurants in the area. And the hotel is well equipped.

We went there by railway. It took 15mins walk from the train platform to the hotel. On the way, some streets are narrow meaning it is a bit difficult to walk with your luggage.

Well located, close to the main attractions and subway stations. local restaurants close by. shopping areas not too far away. convenience stores just down the street. Lobby area is well kept with water dispensers placed on several different floor for easy access. welcome snacks and drinks/sodas were a nice quality of life addition. employees are always so welcoming and warm. the washroom has a waterfall wash head option, very relaxing. sleeping clothes were nice and comfy along with high quality home slippers

there were no negative experiences from this hotel. i'd stay and recommend this place to all and everyone. don't hesitate to book this place, you won't regret it

I highly recommend it. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was impeccably clean. For me personally, it's the little things that count, like providing free razors, toothbrushes and combs for guests who might have forgotten theirs, also free coffee or drinks were available in the lobby at all hours and free water was available on each of the hotel floors. The room itself was large for Japanese standards with a very comfy large bed. The bathroom and toilet were separate rooms, which is a big plus. The hotel was close enough to the night life, food and shopping in downtown Dotonbori but far enough to be nice and quiet at night. The metro station, Shinsaibashi, was a brisk walk away.

I struggle to find anything but maybe a couple moreclothes hangers in the room for towels etc.

The breakfast is great! Staff were really friendly and helpful, with a range of languages spoken and translator devices helpful when we didn't overlap. Facilities were great and being between dotonbori and amerika-mura meant there was plenty happening all the time. Despite the busy location, we didn't hear any noise from the street.

It is a busy location, so that means that the streets can be crowded in the evening and there are always bikes, cars and people around. The area is popular with tourists too so while this means most things nearby are accessible, it also has the downside of a tourist-focused location.

The breakfast is excellent and delicious! There is even Tokayaki in the menu. Location is great. It's close to Dotonbori. The connecting rooms are also convenient and has its own bathroom. We also like that we can stay in the dining area anytime in the afternoon and evening. There is a place for the family to talk or eat. Lastly, the front desk people are very nice and accommodating. They helped us from getting a cab and dinner reservations. We can't thank them enough.

The air conditioning in our room is not very cold but it's tolerable. It could be broken. We didn't address this since we have connecting rooms and we didn't want to be separated. It was also very hot outside which could have added to the problem.

Great convenient location, close to subway stations, shopping, tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants around the area. Free drinks and welcome snacks every night when you get back to the hotel is a bonus. Room was clean, reasonably spacious and comfortable

Wish there was a bit of a view out the window. Our windows were fogged (6th floor room) and you can't open any windows in the hotel. The universal plugs only installed next to the tv, the ones on the bed head were Japanese plugs....seems like it should be the other way round.

This hotel is an absolute find. We loved this hotel from the moment we walked in and were greeted in such a friendly way with a super smooth check-in process to every minute in the hotel. Our room was spacious (by Japanese standards) and well fitted with separate toilet and bathroom. Shower was superb. Bed very comfortable. Aircon/wifi great. The location is amazing - just out of the hotel turn left and you are in the Shinsaibashi bustling shopping area and turn right and you are in Dontonbori. Also Osaka Namba station is a five minute walk away (for the train to Nara). The hotel has free coffee, drinks and snacks in the lobby area at all times which was wonderful. Breakfast was a wide range of Japanese dishes and also Western style options such as toast and scrambled egg. Service was wonderful and all staff were super friendly and helpful. Family Mart convenience store just across the road for any extras we needed. We'd definitely come back here if we are in Osaka again.

This is the best hotel and we are very lucky and grateful that we booked this hotel for our 6-days stay in Osaka. The location is near rhe Namba station which is central. It is near dotonbori and shinshaibashi shopping district. Frontdesk team is the BEST. They are are very accomodating, responsive and helpful. They also speak and write english. I was concerned as there was a supertyphoon shanshan during the period of our arrival and my flight maybe cancelled or moved. They responded prompty and accomodated my request to move my booking without any charge in such case. All throughout, frontdesk team is so responsive, and it is comforting esp. for me, a foreigner who does not speak japanese. We had triple room, it was spacious as our 3 luggages fit and we still have a table and ample space to move around. The room is newly furnished and modern. There are numerous electrical and USB outlets so we were able to charge our devices without issue. We can control the aircondition. There is also TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee, cups and glasses, and hair dryer. Lighting has several options, from door, room and headboard, lavatory, shower. Toilet is modern and amazing, very 'japanese techonology'👍👌. Toilet, shower and lavatory are separated and everyone can do their business efficiently. There is no funky smell, eveything is clean. There is even free facial care aside from the usual disposable towel and toiletries. There are comforable pajamas as well. Beds are comfortable and feels premium. There are two pillows and size is good for comfort. I slept soundly. There is a free flowing snacks and beverages at the lobby. These includes biscuits, chocolate, hot and iced coffee, matcha, cocoa, soda, teas. The breakfast is very good, there are several variations, from english to asian cuisines. I am glad I booked their breakfast. After we checked out, we can leave our luggage with front desk for free on the same day. Very convenient.

Hope there are more places to hang our clothes and towels.

Great location, 5 mins walk from Namba station, 7-10 mins from Shinsaibashi station. Amerikamura is literally a few steps away, and there’s a Don Quijote 2 mins away. Close to Dotonbori and the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Breakfast was great, and the free beverages throughout the day were great. Stayed in two connecting rooms and it was perfect for 4 people and had plenty of space to open medium sized luggages. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. One of them were very kind to call a taxi for us, and even talked to the driver. It was our first time staying in a business hotel and would stay here again.

There are no separate dryers, and the washing machines’ wash and dry cycle does not completely dry the clothes. Having said that there’s a coin laundry nearby if you really need to dry your clothes quickly.

We are a family with 2A and 3C and got a connecting room. The room was very comfortable and well designed. Breakfast was delicious and value for money. Free drinks was a plus, the free snacks were just small cookies, nothing to rave about.

The washing machine & dryer on site was quite a disappointment. There were 2 machines and the dryer function didn’t really work. I had a full load of damp clothes which I had to bring out to the nearby laundromat to dry and that day was raining cats and dogs too. Initially I thought it might be because my load was too much but the person next to me who washed less than half my load had the same issue too. Strongly suggest to not use the laundry machines unless you want a load full of damp clothes! The hotel should actually put up a sign to warn guests. I would certainly not use it if I had known.
