The location of the hotel was very convenient, situated in between Namba station and Nipponbashi station. Mimaru is clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the following facilities within the family room: - big dining table where we could enjoy meals when too tired to eat out; - washing machine cum dryer within the room; - kitchenette which allowed us to cook simple meals. The hotel also provided free coffee and soft drinks, that was very welcomed. This is not the first time our family stayed at Mimaru chain of hotels, and each experience always kept us satisfied.

One of the beds in the master bedroom creaked whenever I moved on the bed. Otherwise, no other complaints, we loved staying at Mimaru!

Excellent location, which is a short walk from the nearest train exit. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff is very friendly and polite. The plue point which I really like is their coin washer and heater. It is so convenient, and it has a coin dispenser, which you can exchange with a note. The facilities and services are the key I want to return for my next stay. Highly recommend.

Having a water dispenser would be perfect

It was clean and near plenty of eateries. The staff were great, polite and helpful. They also sell carton boxes if you overbought and need to check in an extra box (or 5).

It was pretty cramped. I felt misled by the photos. We had the Japanese style apartment. Futons aren't made if you don't pay $20 per futon. I don't remember reading this on booking.com but I found out via their website AFTER booking. Despite being named Mimaru Namba Station, it is nowhere near Namba Station. Not a far walk unless you have kids. Then everything becomes far. The mattresses were pretty hard, I ended up sleeping on the futon instead. Just preference, not their fault at all.

We stayed at the apartment with 2 rooms and a hall, the unit was well equipped. It’s perfect for our family of 5 members. There’s a convenience shop opposite the hotel, and many eateries within walking distance, so it’s very convenient. It took us less than 10 minutes to famous Dotonbori area and Shinsaibashi shopping street.

Nothing much except that our Google Maps keeps directing us to Mimaru Osaka Namba North instead of Mimaru Osaka Namba Station. Both are different so be sure to check.

The location was fabulous and there are many food options just within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the laundry room was absolutely a god-send. Staff were helpful and friendly

Excellent location with good staff service. Responsive CS service and caring staffs, you can enjoy a comfortable vacation here.

The room may not have enough space for 5 suitcase due to the two sofas and big table. Moreover, there are some rubbish under the sofa.

Washer and dryer did not function well and we really needed it.

Nice lobby, clean spacious rooms, family friendly. Walking distance to restaurants, food stands and convenience store. They also had a relationship with a parking lot for our car at a reduced cost - very reasonable and safe. Staff was super helpful. They even made a reservation for dinner for us. I thought it could be loud at night on a lower level room, but it was surprisingly quiet. Perfect rooms for a larger family with two bedrooms and a living room space.

Beds were the hardest beds I’ve ever experienced. Tough to sleep on them. Only complaint about the stay.
