good location and easy to subway line. excellent for families safe area and has a convenience store next door.

Rooms were not cleaned. floors dirty, toilets not cleaned.

Location was good, it's a 10-15 mins walk from Dotonburi. There were many mini marts around the hotel so it was very convenient for us to stock up milk and water for the kids. The room was spacious for 3 adults and 2 kids, my children loved the bunkbed and the tv projector! It was clean and ample space for 4 huge luggage as well. The hotel had washing machine and dryer on the first floor so it was convenient for us to wash our clothes before going back to Tokyo! The staff at the reception was exceptional! Welcomed us each day with a smile and came back after a long day of exploring with huge smiles on their faces too.

Keep up the good work, nothing more to improve!

- The property boasts an excellent location, being only a brief stroll from the nearest Metro station. There're many shops/restaurants nearby as well. - The staff exhibited friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay. - The suite, which I reserved for a group of five, was notably spacious, featuring a well-appointed living room, a compact kitchen, and two bathrooms. - They provided coin laundry which was convenient. However, there were only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers which means there might be long queues (I woke up at 6am every day to do laundry in order to avoid the crowd).

A notable concern pertained to the mattresses in the master bedroom. Regrettably, both mattresses were excessively soft, lacking adequate support. The absence of support was evident to the extent that when seated on the beds, we could distinctly feel the bed frame beneath.

Excellent location and easy to get to and from using the osaka metro. Well positioned for going out to grab a meal, go shopping or head down to dotonbori. 7 eleven and lawsons very close by. The room was well appointed had loads of good storage, so easy to get organised, that was helpful as we had been on a 3 week trip. Bathroom and kitchen unit perfectly good for easy meals in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful which was nice to have at the front desk. Stayed at unmanned accommodation in the past and this has less useful.

Hard to find anything wrong. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but better than elsewhere in Japan.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They help us arranged or transportation bookings and assisted us in making sure our driver understands our instructions. I also have to ring them after we checked out due to some payment issues with our van and they were very accommodating in assisting me in sorting it out with the transport company. The room is very spacious. Having the dining room and bedroom separated are really convenient. This place has also an excellent location. There's a Lawson around 100m away and a 7 Eleven approximately 200m. It's very close to Dotonbori but still situated in quiet/less busy area.

The location was good and very easy to reach. Lots of convenience store nearby and the location is in the central. Easy to access to everywhere that we would like to go. All of the staffs are very helpful. We have a toddler with us and there's baby bath tub + baby bathing soap to borrow as well. Very good for family stay.

It will be great to have more cleaning service inside the room per day and not just throwing the rubbish daily for family stay. Other than that, all other things are perfect.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Gave us directions to a cobbler and loaned us the best sewing kit we’ve ever come across.

No daily room cleaning. Only 1 bathroom for 4 guests. The room is supposed to accommodate up to 6 people. Hotel recommended that we book 2 separate taxis to USJ Parkfront hotel when we transferred hotels to go to USJ, but we (and luggage) could have all fitted into 1.

the armors at the entrance give a cool touch to this hotel. The extremely friendly and helpful staff were amazing. We liked the room, the amenities available at reception for free (no waste as you take what you need and not more) and the beds were comfortable. The hotel and rooms are very clean.The bathrooms are fairly new and spotless.- no nasty smell! The location is great, close to Dotondori and few meters from the metro station - yet very quiet. There are 2 supermarkets a few steps away.

nothing comes to mind really. if there s something to say it is the poor view (an office building).. but we were not there for the room.

As with other Mimaru apartments this one was perfect for a family of 4 to 6/7. We got the largest room, which have two rooms and two living areas, one of which is used for the futon beds at night. The reception provided a projector which was surprisingly good and entertained the kids for a long while. The location is directly across from the popular Shinbaisashi and Dotonbori areas, but just far away enough to be quiet. It was also very convenient to get to the metro to goto Kyoto in about 1 hour.

Needed a bigger hotel room due to having bigger family and baby coming. So Mimaru seemed it even though pricey. Sorta close to all the action, 10-15 min walk to busy connecting street then 15 min walk down to Dotonburi. I was just blown away at how helpful the staff were! They seriously made our trip! Thank you to whole team, especially Wanza!!

The beds were pretty hard, though we had a futon and that was more comfortable.
