Great location, next to a train line, near the action of Dotonbori but on a quiet street. Clean and comfortable room with a TV that has built in Netflix and YouTube. Bed was very comfortable for a business hotel.

No ice machine. At night you have to press your paid credit card to activate a keypad they give you the code for when you check in to get in the hotel. It is not staffed at night, so if there are any issues getting in you are in trouble. Also they give you a key to get in the room instead of a card like most other hotels. There is a large fine if you lose the key.

Walking distance to a train station, a bit of a walk to dotonbori area but not that far

staff that is not always available when you need something. During checkin there is a note to call a number but if you are a tourist most likely you dont have a way to call a local number - maybe they can add that number to WhatsApp, line or even viber for foreign tourists. The lighting is a little dark for my liking but opening the curtains helps (just be mindful since there are buildings in front). The pillows are also a bit uncomfortable for me

The location of this hotel was amazing! We were really close to lots of cool bars, restaurants (shout out to Oko, a nearby vegan restaurant), shops, and just a generally cool area. It was also very easy to reach on public transport from the airport. The hotel itself was very clean, with amenities provided including toothbrushes, bathrobes, towels, slippers, etc.

The room was small, but by Japan standards, that is probably normal. The size didn’t bother us, we were still very comfortable, but if you need a lot of space, this is probably an issue for you.

Clean, economical hotel nearby to the shinsaibashi area of Osaka. Hotel has all the amenities you could ask for and bed was very comfortable. The hotel is close to the party area on shinsaibashi but far enough away that the noise doesn’t bother you at night. Staff are amazing and went above and beyond to help us when we accidentally left something in our room at check out - sending it to our next hotel so it could still come home with us on our flight the next day.

So, this hotel has two great things going for it. Location, and functionality. We used it for 2 nights in order to see Osaka and launch a day trip to Himeji. We arrived early evening, dropped our bags, and found it super easy to walk to Dotonbori and get dinner at the delicious Dotonbori Imai (highly recommend), then just potter around. Day trip the next day, another evening around Dotonbori, then onto Hiroshima after checkout the day after. The man at reception was very nice, leant us an umbrella when it was raining, and was generally attentive and helpful. The actual decor of the room is tasteful and well done. It was clean, and well kitted out with amenities.

If you are looking for a spacious and romantic destination hotel in Osaka, this is not it. The room was small and the window faced the brick wall of the opposite building. The bathroom was very clean, but also felt like our university's en suite bathrooms (a very compact plastic shell). However, again, it is perfect as a stopover in Osaka for a couple of nights. Note, there is no safe.

The location is excellent, not in the middle of a crowed tourist area but within walking distance of the Dotonbori area and just 5 min away from a metro stop. The bed was one of the most comfortable in all of Japan. We did splurge for the superior room with a little extra room and it was well worth it. The provided coffee was also great. I appreciated the elevator so I didn't have to carry bag up the stairs.

Everything was as expected.

Fairly small and quiet hotel in a convenient location - short walk to train station and not far from the main shopping strip. Nice furnishings and decor in the hotel room, bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean and fresh.

As I was staying by myself for one night, the size of the room and bathroom was appropriate for one person, but might be a bit small for a couple. The window also faces a brick wall, which means the room does not get any natural light. However, it’s a nice place to spend a night if you don’t mind that :)

Stylish hotel in a great area! Despite the very small room it was relatively comfortable - great beds and nice room design. We loved how close the hotel was to the main shopping street and central area while still feeling fairly calm.

There was an issue with our check-in as the room wasn't ready when we turned up at 5pm - after travelling for several hours, it was a bit of a letdown but the staff were very friendly and apologetic about it.

Location in the centre of shinsainashi close to the shops, restaurants and bars. Looks very new, with all the amenities like PJ's coffee tea etc. double bed was comfortable. And I like the decor.

Bathroom very small even for a small person like me. But that can be expected of Japan accomodation in general. No view from the window, my room 301 was facing the wall of another building so no natural light. I didn't mind it but just a note to people who do.

Location was great, room was small but comfortable, staff were friendly, extra amenities located in foyer if needed

The staff weren't at the counter when we arrived - and it noted to call a number. Due to having an international sim we couldn't call and had to sit and wait for the staff member to come down. Maybe a different method of contact via the internet may be a better point of contact
