Location is one stop from the Kansai airport conveniently connected by Nankai train. It was an overnight stay as we had a late flight. It was a one minute walk from the Rinku Town train station, safe, sheltered and easy. All services are good. Breakfast was a good spread and nice service.

A station from Kansai Airport. Shopping malls with restaurants and markets are within walking distance; outlet park is 15mins walk away. The hotel building's 2nd floor is connected with the train station, 3mins walk. Free morning shuttle bus to Kansai Airport terminal 1, departing from 5.20am. Room is rather spacious compared to hotel rooms in city center (we booked twinroom with extra bed) Great view.

Furniture has a bit of age(15yrs or so) which you can see it from the style and scratches, however the room is still very clean without smell. Twin room with extra bed: the extra bed is made from the sofa bed which is quite old... so I can feel the matress springs under my back...

It was very convenient, right next to the train station and Rinku Outlet Mall. The shuttle bus to the Aeon mall stops right downstairs of the hotel. The check-in and check-out was a breeze. The room was clean and good size. There was a mini-frig in the room, adequate for a few bottles of drinks. The free wifi was good. One highlight was the view. It has a beautiful view out the window, especially at night.

The bathroom area was too small. Unlike many Japanese hotels, the toilet and bath/shower area were together with the wash basin outside. That's not a problem, except it was a very tight fit. The shower's flow was not the strongest. The bank of elevators was fast and efficient. The problem is that anyone has access to those elevators. In other words, anyone walking off the streets can stand outside your door without passing through security checks or scrutiny.

Not a luxury hotel but adequate and comfortable, and the excellent hotel staff service more than make up for it. Breakfast was a good spread of western and simple jap. There was complimentary shuttle bus to airport in the early morning (note only 1 way during our stay) but hotel is easily accessible with few mins of sheltered walk from the station (and Lawson supermarket at the station). We also ordered consumables to be delivered to the hotel before our check in time and the hotel very kindly stored it perfectly for us. About 10 mins walk to the outlet mall. Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient for the airport, and incredible views of Osaka from the room. The room itself is huge, comfortable and quiet on a high floor. Probably my favourite place to stay in the Osaka area, and I usually stay in this hotel every time I have the opportunity. Breakfast is delicious including Japanese and Western style options. Somehow the price was extremely low, even cheaper than a capsule hotel on the dates I stayed...

Good to be aware that the train service to the airport is not 24 hours. Not a problem, but I was glad to know this in advance.

The view from my room was lovely both at night and in the morning! The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I really appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport! It was very efficient. The location was very conveniently close to rinku-town station. Stores are nearby. This place has really great potential. It offers value for money place to stay. I wish I could've stayed longer! My room was spacious and bottled waters provided! There were extra pillows available! It was clean! The hotel was well presented overall!

I really wish this place will continue to be maintained and refreshed. The room is obviously dated but not in a bad state. When I first entered, it smelled cigarette smoke but it went away quickly. It was not huge deal

The rooms was huge and well appointed and good amenities. It would be so much nicer with an onsen but realise it is more for transit as it is near the airport.the hotel staff were very helpful and attentive and I was able to book the shuttle to the airport for my desired time the following morning.

The room felt quite hot even with the air on a lower temperature and working.

It is one of the closest hotels to Osaka Airport. One stop train station away. The room is unexpected big as well. For a family of 4, everyone has a bed and still with room to move. We were on the higher floor with a corner room so we got a magnificent view of the city and the ocean. The airport shuttle was only available for very early flights, so we had to take the train during the rain for our afternoon flight which isn’t bad since the hotel is right next to the station and with covered walkways.

It is a little older but it wasn’t bad for a 1 night stay.

the best location for early morning flight . free airport transfer shuttle bus ,only ten minutes ride. very convenient surrounding ,shopping complex and 3 minute walk to 24 hour open supermarket and free shuttle to eaon mall

the last free shuttle bus back from eaon mall sennai is 16.30 it will be better for extending the time for pickup back to the hotel

easy check-in even though we arrived almost midnight from our late night flight. Staff’s English was good too, and very friendly. Breakfast is worth booking with the room - the sky view while eating was unforgettably amazing!! Flight crew and pilots were also eating too when I arrived around 7am. Family of 4 comfortably fit in the Superior Twin Room with extra bed; and the AC was cold, which is a must for my standards to sleep well.

It has an old style motel feel, but is very clean and rooms were bigger than normal for your typical Japan size rooms. just missing that old classical lobby music, or my kids were too loud to hear it maybe? extra bed ( actually a sofa bed - that’s soft and not comfortable for anyone who easily gets back sore from a soft bed)
