The location was great - It was a 2-300m walk from the station. There's a Lawson's (Like a 7-11) just opposite the hotel. It's one station away from Shinsaibashi and Umeda, both great locations for tourists and shopping. It's nice and clean and bigger in size given that Japan is known for smaller hotel rooms.

Not that I didn't like it, but the spa/massages get booked out! So I didn't get to give that a go. There's no eating in the lobby - which is strange given there's no place to eat in the room. (No chair or table which we can put a simple meal.)

The location of this hotel is very convenient, very close to the subway Midosuji and Sakaisuji lines, and about a 10-20 minute walk from Shinsaibashi. The hotel desk staff spoke very good English and the service was excellent! Luckily, when we arrived, our reserved room had already been cleaned and the desk staff allowed us to enter the room early to rest. The bathroom was very spacious and the bathtub was large enough for us to have a good bath and rest! We stayed at this hotel for the few days we were in Osaka, and the transportation to Universal Studios, Osaka Castle, Dotenkaku, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi was really convenient! This was my first time traveling to Osaka, thanks to the hotel for adding more enjoyment and comfort to my trip!

The soundproofing is a little bad, but the trip was exhausting so it hardly made a difference.

The free cappuccino/latte machine was such a treat after a cold winter day sight seeing. Your room comes with Japanese PJ's to wear, they were so cozy. The shower has hot water showing the degrees. It was very quiet during our stay. Also, the mirror removes the condensation accumulation from your shower! It's the little touches that the Japanese do with such excellence that make one feel so pampered.

I had to pay ~ $14 extra to check in early. But we needed to from an over night flight of sleep loss.

Location is great, train station is next door! Easy to get to city center. Lots of food around! Staff are friendly and helpful.

There is no cleaning until the 4th day, but no broom provided in the room. Also the shower pressure is so good the water leaks to the floor, there is no drain in the bathroom outside the shower making a bit of a mess. Also no eating in the communal area is a bit strange? We don’t have a broom to clean up or an option to change bin bags yet we can’t eat in the area with those amenities? It’s just a bit strange really.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Located near tourist attractions and within walking distance. Unfortunately, I was very sick on this trip. And thank you to the male staff member who took me to the nearest clinic and helped translate and communicate everything so I could get my medicine. Thank you very much.

There are no water bottles, but there is tap water to drink and there is only one elevator. Therefore, during rush hour you have to wait about 1-2 rounds.

Location!!!!!! Away from the busy area and crowds, but a 5 min walk to the station and 2 stops away and you're there. Easy! Bathroom was HUGE compared to other hotels we stayed at. Much needed. Staff were friendly and helpful!

No bedside lamp? Had to have the whole room lit up just to read a book before bed. TV has internet and apps, but they don't do anything to make it work. Quite annoying as we would have loved to watch Netflix etc, and not being able to use it when the function is right there... Only one elevator and it was slower than a snail. Quicker to walk up the 9 flights!

The hotel is new with all the facilities that we need, it has a laundry​ room, also with the iron. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is spacious. It also has a weighing machine for the luggages. This is very good.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the first 3 nights in the family room for 4 people, the bathroom is smelling bad, We told the staff if we can change the room but that room type was full at that time so we have no choice. However, the staff was trying to help by went checking right away and clean it again. However, the smell is still there but not that strong. But the 4 nights, I have moved to another family room, It is clean and no bad smell in the bathroom. It is great.

The place is just great. Everything in the room was new and clean. The bathroom was spacious and gorgeous. The picture of the room on the website is deceptive: it makes an impression that the TV is not facing the bed. In fact, you can turn it for proper view. The design is interesting, different from a typical Japanese hotel, which all look alike. And the vicinity is great: it takes about 5 min from the nearest big metro station.

The TV didn't connect to local Wi-Fi, so it required some hacking to watch YouTube. If it was connected to the network, that would be a nice bonus.

The breakfast was okay, they had cereal and some fruit. More catered towards Japanese market, understandably. Did have scrambled eggs and sausages. The reception staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Location was not close to the main sights, but it worked for us, and still in walking distance, and close to metro stations.

Room was tight and bed was against the wall so I had to climb in from the end, not ideal, but the bed was very comfortable.
