Clean and very spacious (in Japanese standard) apartment that looks exactly as on provided photos! It has all you need for a comfort staying. Fully equipped kitchen with major amenities. Fast internet, AC, TV. Spacious bathroom with bathtub and hot water. A lot of space to keep clothes. Good location on a quiet street, but close to city attractions; bus from the airport has its stop very close (prince hotel). A lot of small shops like 7elleven, lawson nearby. Detailed instruction on self check-in is provided on arrival day. Fast communication with owner. We really like our stay in that apartment!

Somebody can consider bed mattress as very firm. Though there was washing machine, we did not use it -- it would be really great to have a second set of towels for longer stayers.

Complete apartment with all the usual amenities necessary for stay. They were clean. I liked the washing facility and cooking facilities although I never used the stove. Microwave oven and grill were very handy. Most convenient was the 7 eleven store was a short walk away, so I could buy all my food.

Upon arrival found there is no reception to receive. I arrived before check-in time and had a hard time not knowing where else to go. I had to miss my first day appointment because of this hassle. There is no table and chair to work comfortably. My request for an iron for pressing clothes was never addressed. Bed spring could be felt under the thing mattress cover. Supplies they promised to provide example Toilet paper was insufficient so I had to buy them again.

Can't understand why this property receive such a low score. During the insanely expensive period in Snow Festival, this can offer such a low price and everything was well-organized. More than just a "hotel", but an apartment, you can get everything you want, with well-equipped kitchen and comfy typical Japanese house. The room is spacious, which can't compare to the small Japan hotel room. Shopping arcade and metro station is near walking distance. Must-try when you visit Sapporo!

Poor response from the owner. You have to wait for more than a day, or even two before they reply. I didn't meet any emergency or accident during my stay, if you do, suggest you call them, must be faster.

Small studio like apartment with enough space to move around compared to regular hotels in Japan. Had everything we needed, was clean & comfortable & was in a nice quiet area! Laundromats were less than a 2 minute walk away.

Sadly it was a 13 minute walk from the nearest train station. But if you don’t mind the walk, it’s not bad !

Spacious Apartment.

Rooms were very cold, even after heating, because the walls were cold. Bed makes noises. Light is not splitted into different lamps.

payment system was very stressful - it was unclear how to pay since while the owner said a link had been sent no link was sent . all communication was in Japanese and it required three or four follow ups before the correct link had been sent .

Easily accessible even in the snow. Loved that the owner was communicative in timely manner and prepared for our visit in advance.

Location, walking distance to tran/subway station. Covenience shops nearby.

The apartment provided is beautfiul and massive, I coud easily live there. The bathroom is absolutely perfect, it felt like a luxury hotel
