The property is in a great location, not far from the train station. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean.

We were in a triple, so naturally there was not much space which I expected, but it is something to note for foreigners (specifically Americans). It’s going to be a lot smaller than you expect. I have been to Japan before, so I expected this but I like to reflect it in my reviews so new travelers can have understanding. In the triple room, the third bed was not very comfortable, and I could only open my luggage if I put it on the bed.

Booked a room for 3 (myself and two friends). The room description said 2 beds + 1 sofa bed, so we were expecting to have to prepare the sofa bed ourselves, but were pleasantly surprised that it was already prepared and there was virtually no difference between the beds at all! Plenty of hangers, slippers, fabric refresher spray, spacious bathroom, full length mirror were much appreciated. Overall, clean, excellent value for money and would definitely consider staying again!

There was barely justttt enough space in the room for us and our luggage (2 backpacks, 1 tote bag, 1 small carry-on sized suitcase) so we were okay, but I might reconsider if travelling with 3 people + larger suitcases/more bags.

Rooms were very clean, loved the toilet and shower were seperate and looked brand new. Couldn’t fault anything. Loved that the windows opened slightly for a bit of fresh air and were also double glazed so when they were closed it was quiet.

The pillows were very hard and low. But staff gave us a 2nd one which was much better. Rooms are small and for a family of 3 with 3 suitcases the room was very restricted. We pushed the beds to the walls which gave us more room for cases.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is big and view is nice.

Toilet's a little old. One staff member doesn't speak English and didn't try to communicate either. She would say, "I don't speak English" and then look away. Everybody else was very nice and helpful.

the location is great and feel safe walking back to the hotel because there are always people around. the staff are friendly . the toilet and separate shower room is my favourite because seldom do you find bidet separate from shower room in japan. the sink is located outside the bidet which I find it hygienic especially when I want to wash fruits and it is not near the bidet

Location , facilities and and nearby parking options were good. Staff were helpful.

There was no water dispenser or complementary water bottles provided. Room cleaning service was not good. Even after cleaning used tissues were found on carpet. Bedsheets were not changed.

Strategic location just a few minutes walk to Susukino Station. We went for the Snow Festival and the Ice Sculpture Site was really nearby! Typical of Japan, staff are really polite and courteous and made us feel welcomed. It's a modern business hotel with the usual fittings and services and we were happy to get everything we expected. Definitely will consider for future trips to Sapporo.

Nothing much, the bed was a bit small for a double but we anticipated it.

The hotel is modern style with some cute vibe. Shopping street and restaurants right around the corner. Hotel is really clean and comfy,

The corridor inside the room is too narrow, not enough to open a 26inch luggage.

Around 10 minutes from Susukino Station. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast (eat as much as you want) was good and changes a little bit every day.

Changing the tooth brush every day is a big waste; separating the paste from the tooth brush and putting them where the razors/cotton swabs are so people can take when needed will make less waste.

It was a decent, clean hotel, within walking distance from downtown Sapporo where there were heaps of restaurants, bars and shops which was great.

We stayed here during the Sapporo snow festival so it was more expensive than better value hotels around Japan which was understandable.
