I've stayed in hotels in Japan before, and this one is by far the BEST. Room was large considering the price, didn't expect such a large room. The shower in room was amazing, easy to control with such powerful out put. Never had a shower like it!!!. Cleanest was top draw, no complaints what's forever. I opted for for Breakfast included, which was buffet Japanese/Western style served from 0630 -0930hrs. Last admittance at 0915hrs. The food was excellent like everything about the hotel. The location was ideal for me, It was within walking distance (6-9 minutes) from Susukino famous as a nightlife district (but far enough away for no noise), but it is also a gourmet spot regardless of daytime or night time hours. There are many favorite restaurants serving seafood such as sea urchin and salmon roe, which are typical Hokkaido delicacies and miso ramen and Jingisukan barbecue. There is vending machines in hotel and a Lawson convenience store right opposite open 24hrs. Front desk is 24hrs and the staff speak English and are very friendly and helpful. I barrowed an Iron from them no extra charge, not like other hotels. Check out time at hotel is 1100hrs on final day.

Only thing I didn't like was the Breakfast eating area, remind me of a school eating area

The shower is the best. Amazing. Would stay here just to shower under that great showerhead again. The rooms are typical Japan sized, but they're comfortable. The location is a bit from the main areas, and this would be a deterrent from staying here again. Spent time walking to and from the main areas every day.

I went to have breakfast on Saturday. I arrived at 8:15. Breakfast is supposed to last until 9:30. However, they told me they ran out of food and that I couldn't have breakfast that morning. This is pretty annoying as this was the day I was leaving and had planned my morning before the airport around having breakfast at the property.

Room was very spacious compared to many other hotels around Japan, price was very good, there is a washer/dryer, the dryer takes only 300 yen to almost fully dry my clothes, staff could speak some English, hotel was able to keep my luggage on my check-out day for me to explore the city before my flight, staff were very meticulous about requests such as for more towels and gave me plenty of towels.

Dryer could be stronger or cost less per drying cycle, the hotel’s parking is always full so need to find and pay for parking elsewhere,

The room was exactly as advertised. It was very comfortable. Certain things like irons needed to be rented, but the overall value was great, and the location was very convenient for exploring downtown Sapporo. There was free coffee available in the lobby between certain hours.

The hotel wasn't able to provide a scale for me to weigh my luggage (not even for rental). This might not be relevant to most of their guests and ultimately not such a big deal since it can be done at the airport, but it would have been nice to have that available so I could be more prepared for the airport.

The reception staff were very nice and helpful! They made sure to explain the room cleaning options that they had (one was eco-friendly, and the other was daily cleaning), and we had no trouble communicating (I was using very basic Japanese mixed with English). The Breakfast was very good, and the restaurant staff were super friendly and attentive! The room was reasonably clean, and you can pick up toiletries and supplies near the elevator.

The location was a bit far from the centre of Susukino, and we had to walk a bit to reach Hosuisusukino Station (the closest train station to this hotel). The room was a bit small, and every time I sat or lay down on the bed, I would build up a slight static charge. I am unsure if it is caused by the bed, but something in the room was building up static charge on me. Whenever I touched the bathroom door handle or frame, I would feel an electrical discharge through my hand. Throughout the 3 nights that I had stayed, I discovered that I only feel the electrical discharge after touching the bed. When I touch the bathroom door handle after returning to the room for the evening, I would feel no electrical discharge.

The hotel was very new and clean, front entrance staff was helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed the included breakfast buffet. There was a gentleman that worked at the dining room (didn't get his name) that we loved! He was so friendly and helpful with sightseeing suggestions! Please tell him we said hello!

The location was a little challenging for my mother to walk and get to various areas around Sapporo.

We liked the room. It was very clean and big enough for two people. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. We liked especially the shower and the long table to place our things on. Also, you could get as many toiletries as you want as they had free service in front of the elevator.

It wasn't very close to Sapporo station and a ten minutes walk o the nearest subway station. However, it was close to lots of bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the atmosphere.

Excellent Bathroom with very nice toilet and EXTREMELY good shower with high pressure rain head. Both were very clean too. Bed was on the stiffer side which is actually my preference. Very convenient location and amenities. Good vending machines too. Right across the street from lawsons. Safe and fridge and kettle with coffee and tea in room.

As with most Tokyo hotels the room itself is on the smaller side with not much space for larger luggage items. Desk is a bit small.

It was really comfortable and clean. I appreciate that for sustainability we were asked when to clean our room (but we always received clean towels) Really good bathroom and in the room there were all the important things: hairdryer, kettle, etc

A bit of walk from any station (normally not a problem but there was a lot of snow) As usual in Japan the rooms do not have a lot of space for the luggage

The staff were very nice, my Japanese is no good but they tried their best to speak to me in English and give us recomendations to go sightseeing in Sapporo.

The conmute from Sapporo station to the hotel it's not the easiest if you are carrying a lot of bags. If you are traveling with many bags it would be better to use a taxi than taking the subway and then walking to the hotel in icy streets.
