Easy location to get to from station and there's a nice social and eating area around the corner with some unique and modern restaurants and bars. I really liked the layout of the room. It made unpacking and getting ready really quick as a solo traveller. The sink is outside the bathroom, making it convenient for my morning routines. There was also a nice area to place your suitcase for quick and easy access. Aircon worked well, and the controls were right next to the bed, so it was easy to adjust during the night and morning.

I really dont have any major concerns, only a few small points. The automatic sensor light above the doorway was a little strange as it didn't stay on long and would come on if you got up for the toilet at night. There was also a really loud and disturbing noise which made a sound a few times. It sounded like it came from the electrics in the ceiling. It didn't disturb me during the night, so it was bearable. Bed was okay, but as usual, only hard square foam pillows that the Japanese seem to favour. My poor neck! The room was generally clean but the floor felt dirty on bare feet, so slippers were worn at all times.

Great facilities and staff. Breakfast was delicious and with plenty of options (even for vegetarians. Vegans might have it harder, though). Loved all the complimentary extras: noodles, popsicles… And kudos to their efforts towards reducing plastic waste regarding the amenities. The location was excellent for sightseeing, close to Takasaki St. and a couple of bus stops. The staff kept our luggage for us even after check-out.

Being picky, I’d say the pillow was a bit hard and the air conditioning system kept making a weird noise that might be easily fixable (maybe something was stuck inside).

Your hotel is very clean. The location is good and convenient. Small gifts are here and there which is very nice. I would like to recommend your hotel to my friends.

I could not find right away what was supposed to be in the room. For example the panel of an air conditioner, a bath towel, tissue,etc. I spent the first day without them, and the next day I happened to find them.

the breakfast was excellent and I really like the bathroom pajamas and bath house.

it’s a bit of a walk with bags when trying to find it, and that needs to be clearer on the listing.

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and contained everything I needed. The large public bath on the tenth floor was excellent.

The number of LED lights in the room was a nuisance and I could not cover them up when I wanted to sleep.

Breakfast was very good with lots of nice Japanese foods.

The provided sauna and outdoor bath was very nice & it stays open till 10am so you can enter at any time of night. Added bonuses like free snacks are a nice touch. The room itself was spacious for Japanese standards and the beds were comfy.

TV in the room was a little old and did not turn on initially, after some time we were able to turn it on so perhaps the batteries were weak.
