Immaculately clean, very helpful and friendly staff, rooms were thoughtfully laid out and the travel items provided free of charge were in excess of the usual, very central location close to the station, excellent base to visit both Osaka and Kyoto. Fantastice area for shopping. We had a slightly larger room than standard with matting which made it feel less claustrophobic. Very bright and airy decor. Clean, fresh sheets and a comfy bed.

The location is super convenient being right next to Takatsuki Station which is about 30mins from both downtown Osaka and Kyoto. The Japanese-style room was very nice and the staff were all super helpful. The breakfast had a variety of both Japanese and western options. The bath was very relaxing, especially after a long period of travel.

The pillows were a little on the firm side, but otherwise there weren't really any negatives.

The location of the hotel was great with the train station so close and a shopping mall just across the street. The availability of laundry machines was also much appreciated. Thank you very much for the service.

I couldn't quite get the timing right for the coffee machine down at the lobby. Every time I wanted a coffee, it was already closed so I could only get the complimentary coffee just once. Aside from that, I can't think of anything else.

The hotel was immaculate and the staff professional and attentive.

As brilliant as the continuous resupply of towels and amenities to the room was, possibly have an option of fresh water only as we had more fresh towels than we knew what to do with (if staying for more than 2-3 days).

Great location, right near the train station and across from a large shopping mall and many restaurants. Very friendly staff, nice gym, and the rooftop hot baths were a real treat (though it would be very helpful to put signs in English of where the women's and men's areas are - to non-Japanese speakers it is impossible to tell). The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the rooms were air-conditioned, but the curtains in the room let in some light in the morning and woke me up quite early (this was manageable though). Great stay overall.

Need to put signs in English to show where are the women's and men's baths on the 9th floor. Small rooms, but typical of Japanese hotels. Need to fix the curtains in the room so they let less light in.

Good breakfast; proximity to public transport; daily cleaning of room; adjoining coffee shop& hotel loɓby's seating & mobile-charging desk area.

Bottled water only for the first day of 4 night stay;- front desk staff not specially helpful in giving directions for tourist activities to first-time visitors. Guide maps in languages other than Japanese (e.g. English) would help.

This time I had a corner room with two windows, which made it nicely bright and offered a bit of a view of the area.

The hotel does not offer laundry services, but only a washing machine for self-operation. For business travelers this is suboptimal as one does not have the time to wait for the laundry to finish, not to speak of the ironing.

This place is very ideal when visiting places like Kyoto, Osaka etc. as it is central to both. We stayed a total of 7 days and the staff was very warm and welcoming. The transportation was close by as well and the walk was short to the station.

The hotel is still relatively new, well maintained, and just a few steps away from the Takatsuki train station. It also features a Japanese-style spa area on the upper floor.

Rooms have an "ok" size for a Japanese business hotel, but do not include a closet to store clothes or other items (there are only a few hangers on wall hooks).

The room was clean. Most of all I liked the Onsen. It was really great and there was no one there when we went. I also appreciated the ability to do laundry.

There was nowhere in the bathroom to hang a towel, this is very awkward!
