The room was small, but well-arranged and clean. Bathroom came with nice amenities. Location is right across the street and/or down the block from multiple train station entrances, and there were convenience stores nearby too. The eco-friendly model meant no cooling until you arrive and insert your key, but the rooms cool quick.

I wish there was more than one washer & dryer. Having one for the whole building makes it a bit of a battle royale. Perhaps one on one of the upper floors in addition to the one in the lobby would be enough, though it's possible that I visited during an unusually busy period and usually there's little competition.

Room was clean, very friendly and helpful front desk staff, housekeeping staff will provide clean towels and nightwear even when you did not request housekeeping, full housekeeping service every three days.

Centralized heating system with no way to adjust the temperature inside the room. (My room was too hot and the front desk staff loaned me a portable AC unit, very much appreciated).

The location was pretty good (next to Mita line), check-in and check out pretty efficient, washer and dryer worked well (although they only had on of each). They did have a awesome supply of fresh towels, slippers, pajamas & toiletries.. Very good water temp and pressure.

The room was NOT near as clean as I had come to expect in Japan. There was a old glove under the bed and the room needed to be dusted and vacuumed better. Staff spoke very little English, but with translate tool it worked.

Staff went beyond with professional service - they were so polite and keen to help us with lots of questions and needs. They were happy for us to send packages / bags to other hotels and to receive them too. Rooms were clean (we stayed in two separate occassions, one room could use a bit of update) and location so convenient. Will use again when in Tokyo!

Nothing really. No facilities - like spa service, but it is expected.

The location was good and just one min walk to subway station. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. Room was compact with basic amenities.

Standard of housekeeping was kind of OK and you could see housekeeping staff put all the linens on the floor and it’s a bit unpleasant. You could imagine you would use these linens.

It was so convenient for the shop and train and so easy to get around tho catching the train and buying your food for takeaways and also amazing starfish in the complex.

I don’t think there is anything that I didn’t like.

the location is perfect, close to metro/JR station the staff is nice and helpful room is pretty clean and quiet

no public place for breakfast so we need to eat at the room only 1 elevator available and quite crowded during rush hour

We really like this APA Hotel (a chain hotel in Japan) because of its location and convenience. From Narita airport you can get here direct on the narita express for 1.5 hours

Bit small rooms but expected for a Tokyo hotel. We stayed here on two separate occasions and some of the rooms looked a bit knackered.

The location was close to both JR and metro lines making it very easy to get around Tokyo. APA hotels are pretty standard - on the smaller side but clean and convenient. I would stay here again.

Convenient location. Easy check in and check out. Good security. Had everything you need in the room - in the small space.

A bit small for two people.
