Location is good. Close to Otsuka JR station. The room although is small was bigger than other hotels we stayed in Japan. The bathroom was clean and had shampoo/body soap/conditioner. It has a kettle and hair dryer. They sent the room code through Booking for checkin.

The common area, kitchen/toilet was not that clean. It's ok to bring food from convini and heat it in the microwave or prepare a quick breakfast. They don't have luggage storage. You have to leave the luggage in the common area that is unattended but hopefully since it's Japan is safe.

Location is great. Very close to the train station, a 7 11, and many small food places. As well as a 25 minute walk from Ikebukuro which is amazing. Basically no staff check in on tablet which is nice since no pressure of trying to understand each other and the price is great. With good facilities.

I had a room with bunk beds. Which I knew so it was my mistake, being on top bunk was slightly challenging but once up it was great! Honestly no complaints aside me hurting my back due to being on top bunk which was my fault. WiFi could be a bit spoty sometimes tho however since all the travelling we did it was not a problem.

Should provide enough slippers for guests in the room, I went with 2 people but only got 1 slipper. You should keep paper cups in the room.

The hotel’s location is super convenient, just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around. There are lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so finding food is no problem. The self-check-in was quick and easy, and the room was fully equipped with everything I needed. For the price, it’s definitely great value. Overall, a nice and hassle-free stay!

The Resort is located at a beautiful spot, where we had lots of privacy and quiet. We stayed for 2 weeks and especially because of the very kind, helpful staff, we quickly felt at home. Breakfast was served at reasonable hours and was always delicious. Every day we were able to choose if we wanted our room to be cleaned or not and received some water. The whole place was very clean in general. Every time there was an issue or something we needed help with, the staff was at our side right away and solved any problem immediately. I'd definitely recommend the resort to anyone coming to Koh Chang

Excellent location and access to Otsuka station, a great access to central Tokyo while being away from the hustle and bustle, close to great cheap eats at night time and a great downtown atmosphere

Dusty bunks & toilets, dark room colour which felt a bit like a prison cell, the ladders for top bunks were becoming loose.

Really close to the station only 3 min walk, mini market, restaurant, ATM n mall, the room n the bathroom is clean also Have a coin laundry so we don't need to go out again to do laundry

There's no elevator , so we should take our luggages with stairs

Our room is on the4th floor and most of my relatives has osteoarthritis and hard to walk on a highstairs It's better if they inform us that our room is on the 4th floor

The property is very well kept especially for the cheap prices and with a private bathroom with all necessities and the management by Mr. Tanmura has outstanding customer service and is dedicated to his job. The hotel is in a good location with a train station and 7/11 right down the street

There are no breakfast. But it is close to many restaurant and close to the JR lines.
