Everything about our stay at W Amman was excellent! From the comfort of the room to the hotel's perfect location and View, we truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were amazing and incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. I’d like to especially commend Fortune, the receptionist who checked us in. She played a huge role in making our stay exceptional. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond by upgrading our reservation to a suite. Her warmth and attentiveness left a lasting impression. Whenever I think of visiting Amman again, W Amman will undoubtedly be my first choice. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I’ve always wanted to stay in this hotel because it matches my personality so much. Check-in was so smooth, I love the staff so much because they went above and beyond when I faced a minor inconvenience. They made sure to make it up to me in multiple ways. It shows in the smallest details how everyone is working so hard to provide an unforgettable experience. Special thanks to Dorathy because she was so friendly and professional. Yazan and Elina for their professionalism and smooth check-in. Ahmad for his friendly goodbye that made leaving the hotel slightly harder. **My Stay at W Amman Hotel** During my stay at W Amman, I was captivated by the chic and modern design of the hotel. The sleek, contemporary interiors combined with vibrant art pieces created a stylish and lively atmosphere throughout the property. The room I stayed in was spacious, with a breathtaking view of the city’s skyline. I especially appreciated the personalized touches, such as the luxurious bath amenities and the cozy yet sophisticated room layout. The staff were attentive and welcoming, making sure every aspect of my stay was comfortable, and the rooftop pool area was the perfect spot to unwind with a panoramic view of Amman.

One area that could use improvement is the hookah lounge. It wasn’t set up properly during my visit, and it seemed like there was little attention given to the space. With such an amazing property, the lounge has the potential to be a major draw for guests, but it lacked the inviting ambiance I expected. Additionally, I feel the hotel could benefit from hosting more events during the week to increase attendance and engagement. With the right approach, the lounge could be transformed into a lively and sought-after spot for both guests and locals.

I love everything about this hotel! The staff is excellent. I used the laundry service and they did an excellent job on my clothes. Was returned in a short time. The room service is outstanding. The food is delicious and I feel the price matches the quality and service. W is in an excellent location. Many shops and restaurants are nearby including a fairly big mall. It was very hard for me to leave.

I dont really have anything to say. I have traveled to many countries. This hotel for the price is the best.

The room aesthetics and view appealed to me. The W location to The Boulevard was close and entertaining. The staff assistance upon check-in was very pleasant. Thank you to the staff at W Amman for making my visit enjoyable.

The wifi did not allow me the ability to video chat with my family for me to assure them that I am well and to show off my room. May I suggest that the hotel allow members to video chat with family even for 10 minutes so family across the globe are assured their loved ones are well.

Nice spacious rooms. A bit of an eccentric design. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice views from the top floors.

Our room was next to a family room and the kids would run in the corridors at night, which was not ideal. I thought hotels try to spread couples and families wide apart. We paid extra for a top floor view but the windows were filthy. They were clean in the lift area but not in the rooms which felt like a waste of money. The waiting area for the valet could do with proper seating. Every now and then, a whiff of cigarettes could be smelled in the room despite the many signs of "we will charge you for smoking" which made me think, it either came from nearby rooms or from the AC, which could be a design flaw.

Hotel designed in a very delicious way, full of colours and matching the local culture. Staff is amazing, full of attention, care and kindness, from the GM to the people at the reception, to the security guys and the driver Haitham. Food is unbelievably tasty. Location is perfect to reach the most important areas of the City and the surrounding are very nice with a boulevard with restaurants and cafes and a Mall very close. I truly suggest to consider this hotel if you want to feel at home, with positive vibes and comfort

Mesh atmosphere could be improved

The hotel is very nice. Modern and chic, at a great location, very close to a nice boulevard with restaurants and cafe's and a major mall. And the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had a number of requests which I had communicated with their team prior to arrival, and all of them were provided. It's my second time staying there and I'll probably be staying there again on my next visit to Jordan.

Not everything on the room service menu tasted good. We tried different things from the room service menu, most of them tasted good, but the kabab sandwich specifically wasn't great.

I loved the attentiveness of the reception staff especially Mr. Issa he seemed to be the manager of that area he made sure we checked in promptly and was very welcoming. The pool staff was very professional it was very busy yet none of my requests were delayed and service was exeptional. Restaurant staff are great welcoming even though it was packed orders came on time and with a smile

The pool area had too many children jumping around and some people had shirts on in the pool. But to be fair the pool staff were very polite and kept asking the children and some loud guests to adhere to pool rules. I felt management should have been a tad more strict but again pool staff went over and beyond to make adult guests comfortable and I wouldn’t rate them anything other than exemplary
