The hotel is really beautiful and new. The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable.

We stayed only one night so it was not really a problem but the hotel is quite far from the city centre. Unfortunately the breakfast was really not at the level of the hotel.

Everything is clean and comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, polite and fast front desk, warm room, good wi-fi, compettive price. Stayed one nite in the lowest season - mid December.

Slow service in the restaurant.

Kindly provided parking for several days, because no payable parking for long time in the HSA airport. Thanks for the hotel’s service!

The hotel was new. Facilities were modern.

The breakfast experience was chaotic. The price is really high considering that it is far from the touristic attractions but I understand it is normal price for Ramada and in the future this area might be more central.

All the staff was so welcoming, professional, ready to be of any assistance! I liked facilities, mostly service and kitchen. Definitely will stay again

the breakfast was bad, nothing to eat.

Most of stuff were friendly, fresh interior, spacious rooms, SPA zone (sauna/pool) included to the room price, panoramic windows, comfortable beds, mattresses and pillows.

Breakfast included to the room price but was awful (quality of food and lack of fresh cheese, ham, scramble eggs etc.). Sink in the room was really small (it's impossible to use it with comfort). On the second week cleaners stopped refreshing water, vacuuming and changing bed sheets (last day they didn't cleaned our room). We have spent 2 weeks in this hotel and about 2 weeks workers changed pedestrian tiles under our window near the entrance that caused noise and dirty. Pool didn't work about 4 days. When I've been to the open meeting room alone after 8.p.m one of receptionist girls kicked me out of there cause it's impossible to be there for guests without booking (but no one told me the rules before it and the room were always open). Lack of laundry price list and bags in the room. Empty mini bar. The location was to far from the city center (had to take a taxi everyday to get to cafes and shops). The most inappropriate were the hotel co-founder who yelled at me were rude and insulted me with different words (in time of my working zoom meeting) when I was alone on the 3rd floor and seated on the sofa with my legs on the coffee table (the hotel administrator took apologies but it was the most terrible experience at the hotel). One more thing – we extended our reservation for one day and the price that was announced by administrator 36k tenge, but in time of check out they tried to charge 45k tenge and only after our argue the administrator charged 36k tenge saying that this was a discount.

Ample parking lots. The standard room was big, besides a king size bed with desk, there was also a space with a big sofa. The room layout was spacious and nice.

The small details were missed out. Examples: 1. The toilet roll was a used one that is left with very little, we didn’t had sufficient to use. 2. We resorted to using facial tissue, and that was also a used box with very little left and insufficient for our 1 night stay. 3. Bar soap wrapper was damp and stained and the bar soap was crumbly. 4. Shower head was loose and needed tightening. 5. Bedsheets were stained. 6. Floor was dusty. 7. Breakfast buffet options were limited and hot food were served lukewarm to cold. There wasn’t sugar to go with the tea.
