Whenever I book a hotel room, my safety is key. EKA Hotel delivered! It was nice to realize that you cannot ride in an elevator or get access to the rooms without your card. I felt safe, secure and very happy. The general cleanliness of the facility made our stay more enjoyable. The rooms are very specious with everything possible things to make our stay fun, relaxing, peaceful, and interesting. The bed linens were clean and neat. The architectural design of the facility is spectacular and mind blowing. We felt like we were not in KENYA. The meals were well made, delicious, and appetizing. The staff were clean, kind and respectful.

Our room had two sinks, and apparently one was out of order. I called the front desk twice and also talked to one of the receptionist in person but nothing was done. They promised to check on it but two days later, I was told it was impossible to repair it because it needed a lot of work. Secondly, the walk-in shower door did not close tightly. Every time somebody takes a shower, there’s an overflow and also there was a leak whereby water got into the bathtub area which made the whole floor wet and dangerous. We had to use the extra towels on the rack to avoid falls.

The entire staff is truly amazing, always friendly and genuinely concerned with each clients comfort. Evan went way above and beyond Eka's already high standards by greatly assisting me in accessing an unexpected online business meeting. This not only saved me time but also put my mind at ease so I could continue to enjoy the fantastic food, facilities and entertainment at the Eka Hotel. Thank you again Evan ! The gentleman in charge of the gym provided excellent advice and instruction. It was a pleasure working out and accessing the steam sauna. First class all the way. The food in both the 3rd floor buffet and 8th floor Farm House restaurant was of good quality and portion size, very tasty and priced well. Great value and service in both dining centres. A special thank you to the trainees, one in the Farm House and one at the front desk. I would never have known they were not seasoned veterans if it weren't for their Trainee name tag. Calm, comfortable service provided with a smile. I can't say enough about the high quality staff.

There really wasn't anything to complain about. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The common area and facilities are all good. Perhaps a few more vegetarian options in the breakfast buffet. Kenyan produce is so fresh and healthy. The pool looked as though it could use some fresh water but maybe everything was fine. I didn't swim or enquire about the water treatment.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at the hotel. We would like to mention Mr. Allan the concierge. A true professional and his personality is magnetic, really makes you feel like you truly matter. Also a big thank you to the two Faiths(reception and spa) and Evelyn from the restaurant. See you guys next year.

The only thing I disliked is the '' math '' skills of the reception team. Upon arrival I asked to pay for everything and was told everything is taken care of...but no bill was provided. The next day, I was told they forgot to bill me for the airport pick up. Later that evening I asked at the reception to see the bill and was shown something that only they might understand and that I owe way more than I thought. Luckily at checkout they finally figured it out and showed a proper bill with proper amount.

This hotel offers a reliable airport shuttle service. Friendly staff and reasonable facilities.

The room was very dark, overlooked by the adjacent building. A higher floor than the 4th floor may be better. The chain on the door was broken and only one room key issued for two guests staying in the room. This meant that if only one person left the room, they didn’t have a key to access the lifts back to the guest room floor, as the single allocated key needed to be left in the room to power the electrics & A/C.

The location was very accessible and convenient with a mall and taxi services all around.The enviroment was quite and the normal buzz from the public transport absent.

EKA is a brilliant hotel in every sense, i enjoyed being there so much i actually extended my stay. its is a brand new hotel situated at Rupal mall, exceptionally clean with all the mod cons you'd expect to find in a 5 star hotel. The rooftop bar is amazing, cocktails in the sun what else would you want!!!! The staff are welcoming, friendly, professional and do an outstanding job in ensuring your needs and comfort are met day in day out! That's hospitality at its best!

I had expensive breakfast that left me thoroughly unimpressed, it actually prevented me from dinning or eating anything in the hotel. On my last day i had a meal which was sumptuous & really delicious, if i had enjoyed my breakfast i'd be eating there on daily basis, what a shame!

The property is quite accessible on the main road. It is located within a shopping mall so other ammenities are within reach. The rooms are spacious with excellent showers. The furnishings are excellent and the breakfast menu was quite extensive with delicious offerings.

The safety of the property is amazing. The idea of using the door card to access entry was good. I felt safe and secure. The general cleanliness of the facility and the rooms was very impressive. The staff were kind and respectful .
