If you are looking intimacy and something different, this is the place. Tranquil and good service. Few hiccups on check-in, which were promptly resolved by management. The lady booking the boat rides is exceptional, always smiling and accommodating to suit customer needs. We got exactly what we paid for, the lovely receptionist also deserves a shout, constantly smiling and ready to resolve any issues. Room service was top notch and restaurant food was also very good. The place is very secure, only downer was the lack of further activities but all in all very good visit, will visit again with family.

The gardens are wonderful, the lake, hippos and fresh air throughout the day.
The toilet in my room was a nightmare, after showering water, the place is flooded with water and that was just not okay.

Location and breakfast (included in the package). perfect place to enjoy nature and see the hippos closely
Very few vegetarian options and that too pricey. had to order dinner from outside but the property gates close at 8 pm so had to walk all the way upto the entrance to collect it

Mostly professional, caring and professional staff. Beautiful resort and location. Close to everything you’d want to see.
One member of staff asked my wife and I for a $2000 grant. Some rooms/public spaces are very dark or badly lit.

The breakfast is delicious, and can be had while looking at Lake Naivasha. They have massive pools for different ages and easy access for tours to Crescent island.
Our fridge wasnt working but everything else was fine.

As an Indian who doesn't use toilet paper, it'll be very convenient if a mug is provided in the toilet.

The staff was very nice and helpful! They were also very quick to respond to our room issue with the shower. The grounds were beautiful and very clean, the public restroom was the cleanest I've ever seen! We also took a boat ride on the lake, it was very nice, loved the experience.
Wish the bathroom water was hotter.

The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. Our stay was limited so we weren't able to fully experience the hotel itself. It has beautiful views and from observation interesting facilities.
Thought our room would have a bathtub but other than that it was fine.
