The staff was professional and helpful. Mario at the front desk was able to solve a small problem we had quickly and professionally. He is great. All the staff was very helpful. Great breakfast as well. The location could not be better in a nice upscale area of the city, close to good shopping options and excellent restaurants within walking distance. Considering the cost, this one of the best hotel options in Sao Paulo.

The room floor could be cleaner.

Breakfast is the best part of the stay. A huge variety of items. The bed was ok, not the best; not the worst. The man helping us with our bags was the best.

It's pricy for what they offer. The room is way tinier than in the pictures. The rest of the staff were not that sympathetic.

Very few electric sockets in the room (none next to the bed). The gym equipment was limited and not very good.
