Great hotel! The location is incredible, close to all the nice restaurants and stores. The neighborhood is also quite safe, so we could walk around at any time. The hotel was quite clean, smelled nice and had good breakfast.

The gym is terrible, might as well close it and tell guests the hotel doesn't have a gym. The coffee isn't great, but the silver lining was that we could explore the AMAZING coffee options in the neighborhood.

Partly dependent on the kitchenette for my allergy friendly diet, so even this one were missing something to use to cook in the microwave. Almost no point to have a microwave without any cookware. Lacking a nice pool/sunbed area.

The area around the hotel is great and offers many options for eating at all hours of the day. The pool and fitness areas are clean and can be used without issues. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was great.

The breakfast area is a bit small, but the staff always tried to accommodate us as quickly as possible. The towels were packed individually in single use plastic bags and exchanged daily. While I understand that this is a health/cleanliness policy, it would be great if the hotel didn’t exchange the towels everyday so the use of plastic could be reduced.

The breakfast was very good value. It exceeded expectations. I thought it was a fantastic selection of food and the coffee was amazing.

The noise from other rooms is very bad. I could hear children crying and people making noise through the walls. There is no insulation. My bathroom sink tap wasn't very good. It needs a smoother water flow.

Location is excellent. Room has perfect size and staff quite friendly. I had a small incident with a delivery. The staff solved it quickly and did their utmost to guarantee it won’t happen again. Just their helpful attitude worth mentioning here. I’ll be their again for sure.

Great location. Great breakfast. The rooms and all the spaces felt a bit dated for what they charge but I guess you are paying for the location. Service was good and Vinicio at the reception desk was so helpful and attentive to make the stay pleasant. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable.

the location is unbeatable! lots of cafes and restaurants around. walking everywhere. the hotel room is new and comfortable . it’s just too expensive for what it is but it’s São Paulo. breakfast is very nice .

Location and Breakfast. The hotel has improved a lot since Radisson acquisition. Beds are also much better!!

Showers need an update. They also need to update the area upstairs. Once they do that the hotel will feel more upscale.

The location,near bars and restaurants.It was in a safe location.The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious with nice city views.The breakfast was very good.The staff were friendly and quiet efficient.

No kettle or coffee maker in the room!
