The room was clean and spacious. It was comfortable and I really appreciated the fact that the vehicle was parked close (in front) of the room, in an innercourt. The staff at the counter was really helpfull.

The bathroom was clean but the bath mat (inside the bath) was old and needed to be changed. I always use flip flops, so not a big deal for me but I could understand someone having doubts. Other than that, great place for the price.

The customer service was amazing! The guy at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. He even provided us with some pop for the night and a to-go breakfast. The motel quality was exceptional. We got a king size bed which was very comfy and clean for $100. The room had great amenities too such as updated coffee machine, tv, fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was a bit dated but the shower had great pressure and toiletries were provided. We felt safe having a private area to park our car. The location was very convenient for our road-trip as it’s located in the heart of North Bay. Checking in and out was a breeze

The neighbour's were a bit noisy but quieted down once it was quiet hours so it wasn’t much of an issue.

Was close to many shops and eateries. Room had a microwave and a large mini fridge.

Hard to control the temperature in the room.

When I checked in staff were very welcoming. everything was organised and quick. And even gave 2 complmentery pops when I arrived and when I left.

I received a free can of pop and so did my sister who was with me.

No breakfast, it was fairly quiet.

Wonky toilet seat and a contiuous banging noise during the night.
