our room had a urine smell, the beds were smell and super uncomfortable.

They are a little strict on who goes in and out. That is not necessarily a bad thing.

It was clean, accommodating and the people were so helpful and friendly! Will definitely return

too crowed, the pool and building needs maintenance, the people running the towel system are not friendly nor helpful

All of the employees where very helpful and courteous. The hotel has great access to the beach where there are a lot of activities to do. They have an on-site tourist person providing options for tours. I would recommend you visit their booth on your first day to get options for tours and activities.

The pictures looked way nicer that the actual hotel. The elevator wait times are horrible/too long.
