Sean at check-in was wonderful!! the gentleman working the desk at night was also so kind and told us we could go swimming if we wanted to, just keep it down. We just wanted to take a quick dip. Sean was also a big hit with our dog, Doc! Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back!!

Room size, bed, friendly front desk (James) with lots of good recommendations for food

The barking , happy dog at 0630 in the corridor was a definite turn off! Not the hotels fault, but…..it did nothing to enhance the stay for us or others that night……a thing to consider about pet owners.

Night clerk was great. Indoor pool looked clean and inviting. Room had view of indoor pool area, liked that. Overall vibe, clean, comfy, welcoming employees, wide hallways and expansive lobby.

Breakfast was okay. We are partial to healthy oatmeal but none was available.

Room was clean, air conditioner worked great as the temperature was over 100 degrees. Food was good.

The cable or dish for the TV could use a major upgrade,

Pillows and bed were really nice. Clean outside the property. Breakfast had a good seletion.

We would rather see floor then carpeting. Higher toilet seats would be nice.

Wasn’t aware it was under construction until we arrived. extended our stay but had to leave at 11 and come back at 2 to check back in??

Friendliness of staff even though lots was not functioning

Hot tub not working, no laundry soap for purchase, breakfast was great n by pool & sparse

Staff greeted me at my car & escorted me into office by a side door as a drunk was half passed out by front door and yelling. Room clean but needs updated with new carpet. Very nice staff. No offer of bagged breakfast to go.

A drunk was half passed out by front office door & yelling. They had people get him removed. I was uncomfortable while unloading then reloading my car in case he or another person showed up in same condition

The hotel was under construction. We would not have stayed there if we knew because of health issues.
