Friendly and helpful front desk staff upon arrival. Overall friendliness of all staff I interacted with. Clean, quiet room. Bonus: we were able to see our vehicles from our room All lights and fridge worked Supplied toiletries were adequate for our needs We heard jets coming and going from nearby Boise airport but we didn't hear them in our room. Location doesn't allow an answer to the "vibe" question. However, the location was great-easy on and off the interstate but without the noise or lights from vehicles

Change the light bubs from "daylight" (intensely bright, even glaring) to soft white. A big ask, but the daylight types of bulbs are harsh. Good for shops, cellars, not hotel rooms An male on our floor walked up and down our hall with a phone checking doors. Creepy! Only the next day did we understand that he was an employee.

Our 3rd time staying here. Breakfast was really most mornings. Rooms were nice may need a couple repairs but not to bad. Pool was good ceiling was leaking hot tub was good. They needed to keep up on the towels never seemed to have towels in there floors in pool area were dirty but not bad. Hotel staff was amazing they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The night ladies were great and super sweet made the stay so much better. We enjoyed our stay so much

Nothing could of been better with the hotel it would of been nice if the surrounding stores stayed open more seemed like nothing was ever open

Service was very good, and available Items were stocked and presented in a comfortable setting. There was a relatively good variety of items but I would love to see something a little healthier like dairy free yogurt and buckwheat waffles.

The tub was clogged with hair which was disgusting and promptly eliminated. TV remote needed batteries and maintenance solved the problem. I would like to see a bigger pot for tea in the room available by request

I was suprised to see a fully cooked breakfast of eggs and potatoes. It was delicious! The room we got was perfect, at the end of the halfway on the top floor. It was quiet so I was able to work in peace. The location of the hotel was minutes away from the military base where my husband had to go. And the staff was very nice!

A child accidently or on purpose, I'm not sure which,pulled the fire alarm in the pool area while we were there. Honestly think the staff could have been better on letting guests know on the upper floors that it was a false alarm. It seemed that the only staff was on the ground floor and nobody was really told what was going on.

The bathroom shower head had been replaced with a traditional shower head that stuck out of the hole and pointed to the wall on the end of the tub. When water was turned on, it shot to the wall at the end of the tub wall and could not be turned down to the tub. There was no way I could take a shower.

The waffles were amazing! Unfortunately, we missed out on the rest of breakfast as we came down a little after 9am & bacon & majority of other food was gone or already put away. It would have been nice to know breakfast hours at time of check in, but otherwise no complaints! Staff was friendly & room was fine. Would definitely stay here again if & when opportunity arises! Thx

The property was clean and beds were comfortable. Everyone at the hotel was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked. It was a nice hot breakfast instead of some grab and go breakfasts at other hotels! We had a family suite and for the space and amenities in the room it was a great value for our family!

The staff was very friendly and it was super clean. We had a great stay! The beds were really comfy and it was also really quiet for being pretty full. They had a great breakfast too and my kids loved the free cookies in the evening. I appreciated the fresh water and coffee in the lobby too. It was a nice environment and worked great for our stay for the soccer tournament that took place close by at the Simplot Fields. Thank you!

Convince to location we wanted to be at. Price was a great consideration as well.

We were in a King Suite, which was fantastic, bathroom was equally fantastic in size, but the shower stall allowed almost enough room to have to go out of the shower to change your mind. Shower stall was exceptionally small in this room, it seemed as if.

Breakfast was good. Checkin was easy, checkout was easy and reception was able to add my BW membership number to the stay.

Breakfast was good but eggs were just barely warm but glad to have the cooked breakfast and they were tasty. Good variety.
