Very comfortable, lovely breakfast, nice location & value for money

Air conditioning was very noisy, couldn’t use it at night for fear of keeping everyone awake, I did report it to front desk but obviously nothing was done

The staff is so friendly and kind. Easy check in and check out through booking.com. The pool is not heated but that did not stop my kids from swimming in it. It was so clean and nice. There are no comp towels for the pool or a nearby bathroom. The breakfast options were amazing: There is grab and go items in a fridge like hard boiled eggs, cheeses a variety of yogurt. There are croissants, bagels, dry cereal, oatmeal, pop tarts, bread and fresh fruit along with a hot station with scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and a waffle station. There are also a variety of juices, milk, cream, cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, syrup and ketchup. The room was really nice and roomy. We did not use the pull out sofa bed but it was nice to have a separate room to watch tv while the kids slept.

Great location, walking distance to pizza place, sizzler, donut shop, and liquor store. Hotel had a pool and hot tub, parking was included, they offer breakfast (waffles, toast, eggs, potatoes, bagels, fruit, oatmeal, 3 different types of cereal, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, Bottled water) great variety! Staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful, easy check in and check out. Comfortable bed, clean room, carpet, room had mini fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. Very good size room.

Nothing to mention

Rooms was extremely roomy, well lit, and clean. Staff was very friendly especially at checkin. Location was close to freeway and had lots of restaurants nearby--ranging from fast food to $$$

Breakfast was similar to other BWs, but the area was tiny (nothing really to remediate on)--it was a dancing tango with other hungry breakfast folks to get out of each other' way. One thing they very can fix is to have hair conditioner!

Didn't like -Breakfast - scrambled eggs were fine, but would have liked potatoes rather than french toast strips with them. The " fried egg" look alike was rubbery and not very tasty. Would have liked a choice of bacon rather than just sausage. Food area was kept clean. Driveway onto the street too steep, even if going slowly. A plastic covering attached to bumper and under the engine was knocked loose.

I did like that my room was very clean, large and away from noisy areas as requested. Staff were all nice and helpful. The pool was clean and did not seem to have the smell of strong chemicals in it.

We had a great experience staying in this hotel for three nights and the hotel exceeded our expectations big times! It was our favorite hotel during our US trip. The staff, especially Mark at the reception, were amazingly helpful and friendly. It has a good location if you are planning to visit Disneyland or explore the surrounding area. Easy access (30-40 min drive) to the LAX airport. The pool with a heated jacuzzi is a nice thing to have to relax after a long journey. Great value for money, good American breakfast, and free parking on the top of everything.

Spacious room with good beds. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was not haute cuisine, but better than expected. Good for a one night stay on a roadtrip.

A bit outdated. Noise from machinery outside, but not disturbing for our sleep when window was closed.

The stuff was really friendly. Enough parking spaces, clean rooms and complementary breakfast. 

The thing I didn’t like about the property was that the area seemed really busy the there wasn’t any security, or did not feel safe because the elevator and the stairs were available for the public also and our fan in the restroom started leaking when the room above us started leaking. They did fix the issue with the leaking fan. We only stayed two nights. 

The breakfast was small but hits all the main points and was decent. The towels were soft. The room was clean, and the staff was great.

The hotel is a little older and could use some upgrades but only cosmetically.

I liked the location, I thought the staff was super friendly and the room was large and very comfortable! I would stay there again. I missed the breakfast... closing the breakfast at 9:30 am on a Sunday morning is a little early. We slept in because we were at party on Saturday night... so we missed the breakfast.

Everything was really nice... no complaints here!
