great location, and the hotel was lux!

we booked a room with a balcony at a higher price and received confirmation for the booking. when we checked in we were given our key and we went to our room which was not what we booked. we had to go back to reception and ask why. they did compensate us in the end but it would have been better if they advised us prior to getting to our room and us not having to request compensation.

The location was perfect for us, as we had to be close to Cedar Sinai Hospital . The restaurant and bar staff were delightful, and all that we ordered was delicious! Especially the martinis! Our room was spacious, kingsize bed and bathroom perfect...along with the mini kitchen area and its amenities.

We did have issues with the cleaning service, in that a couple of times during the week they did not enter the room...and at the price per night, you shouldn't have to "ask" for service. (e.g. not refilling the coffee capsules, or water- we had to ask for more)

We loved staying here! The location was great and there was plenty of shops and places to eat around the hotel. It was also about 15-20 mins from most other things we wanted to do. The pool was such a nice way to take a break from the city! The interior design was impeccable and they made each detail count. The valet was very smooth which was great since we were in and out quite a bit. Overall it was lovely and I would stay here or at their sister properties again.

On Friday night it was extremely loud. We couldn’t tell where the music was coming from but it did make it hard to fall asleep. Might not be great for little kids. I also wish they had a dresser in the room.

Cool Mellow vibe, great bar and late night sushi snacks we’re very nice at the beautiful cozy hip bar, great fast service valet, nicely full stocked minibar, clean room with nicely appointed furnishings, clean towels and linens , safe secure .

Shower floor tile is too slippery, sheets could be softer (try out the hotel supply Comphie Brand form Chicago ! Bed sleep pillows were lumpy and need improvement. It’d have been nice to have more options to have a fridge NOT full of liquor ? Perhaps add n option for people who don’t drink much alcohol?

Lovely interior design, a small heated swimming pool. Morgun that was at the reception the fay we checked in was super friendly, upgraded a room for free for me and my son, so we could stay just across the hall from the swimming pool!

One evening we tried to get a drink at the bar and we were told it was closed, it wasn’t even 9pm! Not sure, perhaps we were just unlucky and it wasn’t even 9pm a short working day. Everything else was super!

We loved sitting in the bar and chatting up Michael, his cocktails were the bomb. The decor was so charming - beautiful wall papers, china plates for room numbers. We enjoyed the breakfast options and our room was a good size. The street noise was unexpected, however generally quieted down by 11pm.

Street noise - the occassional roar of a motorcycle after 11pm wasn't expected. However I will say there weren't any late night sirens or traffic noise to wake us up.

Location was perfect for my trip - visit family in the area. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room and public spaces were accessible for my wife who has mobility challenges.

Room service - food was good. Presentation and accoutrements were subpar. Missing silverware. No salt and pepper. Missing the touch that said we care about your dining experience beyond the food. Not what I expected of a hotel that says they are luxury hotel.

Truly kind staff, from Vance the extraordinarily helpful valet to the incredible waitstaff and hotel workers. I was traveling with my sick father for a difficult trip, and they did everything to make us feel welcome. As the hotel workers strike made staffing difficult I'm sure, the staff really did their best to make up for odd hiccups (like that there aren't enough coffee pots at breakfast).

We had the ADA room and it was nearly perfect BUT the toilet wasn't raised to ADA height and the shower stool was coming lose from the wall. There are a couple small fixes that could make it really useful- the telephone to call the front desk needs to be moved down so a wheelchair user could reach it, as do the shampoo etc bottles in the shower. The manager was really responsive when I pointed out these issues, so I have hope!

Great hotel. Absolutely perfect location surrounded by great bars, cafes, and restaurants, friendly and helpful staff, excellent bar. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and the rooftop pool is a great spot to unwind and soak up sun.

The only (very, very minor) issue that we experienced is that the TVs were a little outdated and did not connect to the internet, have any streaming platforms, etc. Not a major deal by any stretch, but if you were hoping to unwind with some TV or a movie after a long travel day, or stream music/YouTube, you're out of luck.

Good location for exploring, felt safe, room was a good size, the whole place smelt amazing, delicious smelling Diptyque products in bathroom, the decor was beautiful and quirky, beds were comfy, the whole hotel was very quiet, the pool and pool area was welcoming and refreshing, enjoyed the complimentary towels, water and sweets in this area was a nice touch. Only valet parking but was prompt and car was waiting for us at times requested. Staff were lovely. All in all excellent value for money in this area.
