We had a scheduled event and this was the perfect location for getting there. It was easy to find the only thing I would change is if u offered a late check out. Our event was at 4:00 pm and we were left with alot of time to fill. There are alot of things to see in the area but not being familiar with the area we didn't want to get to far off track but the hotel was great. We like to stay at Best Western and usually do out of town. Will be there again this week-end in Livermore. Just love it

Not much the check-in was easy so was the check out. The room was clean and comfortable. I can't really think of anything that we didn't like.

Family friendly hotel as had gone with my family and a small dog Good checkin experience and staff was good. Breakfast was good and supporting staff was very helpful Room was spacious enough and very clean Bed was very comfy Towels were soft and clean Good parking space Good brand of toiletries Good location and easy acccess to restaurants and also you can order thru the room.

Room with 2 queen beds are a separated by a bathroom does have only one Air conditioner/heater. Hence one of the rooms is warmer/colder without a fan. Wish they provide a fan in these rooms. Bathrooms are a bit dated but clean. Overall it feels more like a motel than a 2 star hotel but rest everything is good.

The breakfast was just mediocre. Typical hotel breakfast with dry eggs and potatoes. The waffle makers always popular even though I didn’t use the waffle maker. when it got close to the end there was no butter and things were not going to be restocked because it was too close to the end. They were very prompt closing the doors that’s for sure. And then on Monday, the breakfast was over at 9 AM. I think that’s way too early for travelers who aren’t traveling on business

The breakfast room person was nice enough, but a little irritated when I asked for the butter when the butter was all gone. The front desk checking in was very nice, but on the checkout when all I needed to do is drop off my key, I asked a question and the front desk person was surly at best & made a comment about how they were very glad to see a large group of people checking out. There definitely were not enough handicap spaces. After arriving back one evening after having been out, I literally had to park about a quarter of a mile away from where I could enter to my room.. I know the hotel is full and parking was at a premium, but a few more handicap spaces at the front would’ve been appreciated.

I chose this motel because it was located close to the office I was working out of. I splurged a little to get the King room with a jacuzzi tub and it was definitely worth it. The room was clean and spacious with a mattress that was a good middle ground between soft and firm. The tub was clean and deep and the hot water never ran out.

The back (main) parking lot wasn’t well lit and the shower curtain was more for show because water went all over the floor. Also, I struggled to get to the wall plug in order to charge my phone.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Fantastic choices.

I booked a disability room, rechecked at reception and was assured that I was getting the proper style room. Instead I was allocated a room the greatest distance from reception. There were no facilities for a disabled guest. I was not able to walk back up to the front desk to complain to the most unpleasant receptionist I have even had the misfortune to encounter.

Our two-night stay was a delight! Thank Booking.com for upgrading our room free of charge. Our king room was on the 3rd floor, quiet and clean. Our bed was comfortable. The location was close to old town and Westfield Galleria, full of restaurant choices. Appreciated FREE parking in the back. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast exceeded my expectation; the ladies in the kitchen deserved a metal!

The heater was little noisy at time. But hey, for the value, I couldn't have asked for more. So so grateful!!!

Though the building is showing its years of use--it was kept up well--rooms were fantastic. Loved the beds/mattresses and the pillows. AC worked well--thank you Pool was fantastic also--good way to cool off

The young lady at the front desk that checked me in was not the friendliness. I have a mixed racial family and I wondered if that was her problem with me. The driver for Enterprise dropped the girls and our luggage off at the lobby, due to the temperature while I went to the Enterprise to get our rental. she needs some customer service classes

Breakfast variety and the hosts running the breakfast were exceptional and friendly.

I didn’t like the area where our room was. Going through the back doors to the parking lot was uncomfortable. Also it was noisy in the late evening. People going back and forth with their kids and it was noisy. The room was nice, but the location I didn’t like. Too much activity right outside our door.

It was a cozy yet extremely functional room. It was quiet and older people prefer quiet. It was very clean. I felt very comfortable. It felt safe.

Breakfast hours were shorter than I would have liked. The cook failed to prepare for the busy time and have enough eggs (which are easy to prepare and reheat if necessary) ready for the breakfast crush.

The room was good sized, the bed comfortable, and the room amenities nice. Breakfast was fantastic for a buffet with eggs and sausages and a variety of continental items. Breakfast staff were very pleasant and helpful. Check in was simple and the desk clerk helpful. And although the lounge was only open 5PM to 9:30 PM, 2 free drinks were given for each guest and the servers were great hosts. Finally, although the area is not the most picturesque, the surrounding shopping areas included good choices for dining and drinking within walking distance. All in all, a great place to stay if you need one in the area.

It was unfortunate that due to staffing issues our room was not serviced during our stay. I do not know why we were missed on the Friday, and we were informed that due to staffing issues there was no scheduled service on Saturday or Sunday (unless the room was being prepped for the next guest). This seems a problem all too common at all too many places these days. But there were enough towels for our 3 day stay anyway, and the front desk was kind enough to provide replacement amenities so we could still use the in room coffee maker.
