Bed was comfy, and bathroom was clean.

Bathroom sink won't drain water fast enough. Had to use the kitchen sink for my hygienic stuff. Getting wifi to work was a chore. Had several restrictions to prevent my work phone from connecting, and could only get my game console to register, eventually.

The staff was amazing. Very kind and helpful.

i mean half the stuff in our room didn’t work I paid al that money just for me not to be able to use the phone me and my husband both could barely use the wife and we’re stains on the bathroom ceiling that me and my husband had cleaned off

It was quiet in the room I was in and the lady at the front desk give me a room on the bottom floor because I have COPD.

I spilled the Dr pepper on the floor when I left it open the towel it was just a little bit too dirty but other than that it was great I have no complaints and I'm not complaining about that.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. When i got to the room there were no towels, tissue paper or comforter. When i called the front desk she profusely apologized and immediately rectified the minor inconvenience. Despite being extremely busy this young lady was exceptionally professional, polite and attentive to guests.

Elevators not working due to an inspection, so had to use the stairwells. The stairwells were dirty, dark and smelled very strongly of urine.

The staff was really nice ..extremely quiet at the hotel clean. If you'd like to go downtown the light rail is literally 2 minutes outside the front door of the hotel. It's close to places to eat such as Outback Steakhouse. It's a good place to stay for the price being booked online through hotwire.com or Priceline excetera

Staff is extremely friendly. Was clean. The light rail is right outside of front of the hotel and you can jump on the light rail go downtown anywhere in Denver literally takes you three minutes to watch the light rail or less
