Close to family. Close to restaurants. Close to retail stores if we needed anything. All staff members were very kind and helpful. It was very clean, even with a number of young baseball teams staying there for a tournament. And Taylor Swift was in town so we were very lucky to get multiple rooms for multiple nights.

We had one glitch with a noisy fan but they made a change of rooms very easy and the rest of our stay was great.

I actually like this hotel the location the staff I'm only disappointed that the pool is never open

I have been to this particular location a number of times unfortunately only one time has the pool been open and by the looks of things I don't think the pool will ever open again so I will actually be looking for a different location next time I'm in town

The fact that they're pet friendly. The pool was fairly warm and the hot tub was really nice. The room was a nice size with the king bed being comfortable. Also, there were multiple'handicap' parking spots. The housekeeping person that did our floor was always very pleasant.

There were no towels in the pool area on several occasions. Also, no sign to explain why not (if this was due to Covid or something else). The breakfast was just okay...however the bread selection could've been better (i.e.: no bagels). The typical waffle offering but on a couple of days there was no syrup so guests needed to ask the front desk. There was no breakfast meat offered either.

50% of the staff were exceptional. The pool and spa looked nice; unfortunately, it was quite busy and never got a chance to use it in my 2 week stay. The breakfast was decent compared to other places.

The other 50% of the staff could use improvement and learn from their coworkers. Unfortunately, I believe it's the senior staff that needs work. If you want quite, don't get a room with the view of the pool. Snow removal was terrible and dangerous walking.

Front desk friendliness on check-in Friday night and check out Saturday morning was exceptional because of the genuine sincerity of the lady in charge.

Friday night we were there had low occupancy however we were placed next to a room where the occupants seem to be quite noisy. The shower head was not very operable in the fact you cannot position it in a way that was easy.

The breakfast was excellent! The reception staff were extremely nice and helpful.

The carpet in the room could use good cleaning. It appears that regular maintenance of the hotel is being neglected, unfortunately if that continues the hotel will appear run down quickly.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. It was nice having coffee and breakfast in the morning. The pool and hot tub were clean and the area was nice.

Next visit I would ask to not have a guest next door. During my stay guests in the room next to me came in around 2 AM and were loud. I don't think they realized how loud their voices were. They made quite a bit of noise in general and it went on for a long time. I didn't get back to sleep that night.

The room was clean and stocked appropriately. The common areas were very clean as well. The breakfast items were hot but other items could've had better choices. It's also nice that they are pet friendly.

The bed was kind of hard but the pillows were fluffy.

The room was big, loved the whirlpool tub & really liked that there was a living room in our suit that separates the bedroom with double doors. Will def be back again!

Carpet should be cleaned or replaced. Feet got very dirty by walking on carpet. All else is exceptionally good including staff, Excellent facility and staff
