the room was nice and big, accessible, and very clean the amenities were nice and exceeded expectations the breakfast was one of the best I've seen in recent years when it comes to hotels I was surprised to how nicely kept the whole building was The girl at the front desk was very helpful during check in, I can't remember her name, but she wore glasses and had reddish/brown hair, but to be as kind as she was at that late of a time is just super

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. This is not always the case for us since, as a race team, we come in from out of state and always require late check in. The night staff great. Also, the property was quiet at night and the rooms were very comfortable.

The free in room WIFI was slow. This for us is tough because each evening we need to transfer data to the cloud. We were forced to be very patient for this.

The clerk was very friendly. It was a nice place, but, definitely needs some renovations. The free breakfast was actually very good and the staff did a nice job keeping the food hot and ready. I would recommend the hotel.

The rooms need to be renovated. The paint was chipping, the ceilings had stains in them. The refrigerator, although nice to have, sounded like a.semi was parked outside the window. I finally had to get up and shut it off.

I liked the clean rooms and breakfast. I liked the size of the room for a family of 4.

The construction and the car wash was loud when running. I didn’t like how breakfast ended at 9:30. I even asked the staff if breakfast ended at 10 and she said yes we went down and had no breakfast closed at 9:30 we missed by 3 minutes but everything was packed up. Wish we were told the right time. I also did not get a paper unlike the other guest with times and info.

This facility is remodeling. But breakfast area was well protected. Breakfast was very good! Top selection of food and served hot and fresh! Top rating as breakfast for any motel.

Our room! Very nice- big! 3/4 size fridge/freezer. Had a 2 burner cook top but no clue if working? No cookware, dishes or silverware! Remote for TV was picky-even had guest services to help but ? Still hard to change Chanel’s or volume! Phone in room did not work.

The restaurant and the food were great. We went back each night since the food and service were great.

Please post on booking and websites that the pool was down. It was the main reason why we checked out early. Had we known that we would not have booked it. Still Im glad the front desk was upfront and told us as check in.

GENERALLY ALL WAS GOOD and there was a really good restaurant with resonable prices. Very convenient too after a long day out

The only small negative was that breakfast was disappointing on both mornings. We had breakfast around 8-8.30 and both mornings the pastries and cakes had completely run out. I did enquire if there were any more and was told all had been put out! It would make more sense to put pastries out regularly throuhout breakfast period rather than all put out at the beginning!

Breakfast was good and we could chose difefrent foods every moorning. Fruits, good coffee, pankaces, oatmeal etc. Room on the corner was spatious, coffee maker, good coffee, big shower cabin. Location under palm trees and well preserve environment was inviting. Welcome drink on the house and super steaks in hotel reaturant were a true bonus.

It was a problem with a noisy heating system but it was fixed the same day. Thank you.

The room smelled clean when we walked in. Always a good sign. The room looked remodeled. The beds were comfortable. The hot breakfast in the morning was exceptional. There were real scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, Make your own waffles, fruit and an assortment of danishes. The coffee at breakfast was really good.

The labeling on the different buildings could be better marked.

Great room with a very comfortable bed, breakfast included is a bonus and there was a good selection of hot and cold food. The waffle maker was brilliant. Free WiFi was excellent

The room did not have a safe which I expect in all hotel rooms so was surprised there wasn’t one. Thought it was a bit pricey but not too much choice in Pahrump
