It is very well located; access to Starbucks in the lobby is a great option. The room is spacious.

First, the parking lot, when you arrive late, you have to find an empty one, sometimes very far away. And what I didn't like and sent an email to the administration, which they never answered, was the existence of cockroaches in the bathroom.

I had no problem staying there when I arrive. My room was already given up. There was overbooked could not go to the pool because the pool was overcrowded. Every chance I got the car. The pool was overcrowded the last day before check out. That’s the only time I spend about 15 minutes at the pool and then the security or one of the staff members said that I had to get out the pool. But they had great restaurants across from the hotel we shopped till we drop at the outlets. We also took a drive at Walt Disney other than that the trip was good. I turned out good because we made it good.

The fact that they overcrowd over and the two Pacific rooms that I wanted together was for a purpose and we were separated, and we was put in two different buildings so the hassle of us going from one building to the other to transfer bags or food or whatever was actually for Was tremendously hard

The pool is beautiful, the the Koi ponds will take your breathe away and the waterfalls all around the hotel are just mesmerizing! The housekeeping team are very helpful and the bar staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Our room got cleaned at 3 pm (I thought they'd come in the morning) and the rooms could use a bit more insulation so you're not hearing every door being slammed and children running and crying in the hallways. And you can't watch TV because the channels all freeze up on you during whatever program you're watching. There's only one ice machine and that's on the first floor

Good location.

Had to pay for buffet so didn’t use it. Had to pay for parking. Newly renovated but room we had didn’t seem so. Somewhat clean but had hairs in the bathroom.

Location is great. Rooms are of decent size and it looks like they are working on some improvements around the property. The staff is very friendly and a particular shoutout to the staff at their marketplace where we got our coffee & tea each morning. Two of them we saw each morning and they remembered my last name and said hello every time. Very nice job on their part!

A few things like the handrails leading to the parking lots are really looking tattered and could use replacing. Again, it looks like they are working on some improvements around the property. It’s still a great place at a very reasonable price.

I enjoyed everything about the stay. The rooms were very beautiful. The lobby was very nice as well. We only stayed one night, but I would of stayed longer if I could. I will definitely stay here again in the near future. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even the house keeper who didn't speak English, still managed to assist us despite the language gap. The breakfast OMG. Homemade omelet, Mickey Mouse waffles, fresh fruit, and a large buffet. The biscuits were a little tough, but the rest was delicious. Yes I will stay here again

Parking. I paid what $22 - $23 dollars to park there. There were not enough parking spots. People were taking up two spaces with one vehicle. It was a mess.

Absolutely beautiful swimming pools with waterfall! Great Comfortable Lobby area with bar restaurant and Starbucks! $25.00 meal Voucher provided for Fantastic Buffet Breakfast or Bar area! Convenient location to Disney Parks and Shopping! Basically good value for just Hotel room

They charged us approx. $28.00 for extra resort fees and $25.00 for overnight parking, both of which were not stated clearly in the details, when booking this Hotel for one night! However the Hotel Guest Services did provide a refund for the extra resort fees upon asking when we received our final Hotel bill upon checking out! All extra resort and parking fees should be CLEARLY STATED UP FRONT BEFORE BOOKING! Also the main Waterfall pool was beautiful but the water in the pool was freezing cold for some reason, making it very difficult to enjoy!

These rooms were great! Everything we needed was located in our room! We stayed here for a competition at ESPN World Wide Sports and we were able to get there in less than 10 mins (Even at crazy busy times). The rooms were very clean and nice and the staff was SOOO great! My birthday fell while we were there and without any prompting, they went out of their way to wish me a happy birthday and celebrate me (During a time that was focused on my kids :) ) We will definitely stay here each time we come to Orlando!

The Starbucks price were more than we expected! It's Disney, so everything is higher and expected, but 1 tall drink and 1 Grande drink and an ice water was $31 and some change! I never expected it to be that much higher!

This is the second time I have gotten a room with a roll in shower. Again, when a shower was taken, the bathroom flooded! I had called housekeeping when I got to the room as I knew this would happen. I asked for extra bath mats and towels. They even brought me a rubber mat for inside the shower it was wonderful. Here is the problem. The shower has no handrail, the curtain rod is rounded rather than straight over the edge, so the water hits it, and it runs down all over the floor. The floor is Slippery (beautiful), but Slippery & dangerous‼️This is easily fixed. I had brought it to the attention of a manager on my last visit. I used several towels to catch the water while we showered and then another to dry the floor. I have photos if you would like. I love the hotel your staff & housekeeping are excellent. I'm going to come again I would really like to see this remedied as I must have the shower. One last thing I didn't have a "Do not disturb" hanger.

There was only one chair. The rest is above. The photo shows where the water missed the towels on the floor and ran towards the middle of the room it's a little hard to see 813-493-7827 my cell number. Thank you Starr

The pool towels were very small. They had larger ones they had put out towards end of day but very limited. Heated pool this time of year could have been a bit warmer and would have been nice the larger pool in cooler times of year was heated Didn’t eat in the restaurants but the inside and outside bars when eating at them charged a service fee of 15% and asked for additional tipping. If not room service that fee should be considered a tip and adjusted accordingly or not charged. I understand they put because some countries don’t tip but then a tip of 20+ % shouldn’t be expected. overall an excellent place and enjoyed the stay. Would definitely go back.
