location was great, right off I-95 and in a good area. Breakfast area was clean and full of nice choices from 6am as promised. Room was spotless, beds and pillows very comfortable. At check-in, the ladies were pleasant, and we received a goodie bag with popcorn and waters which was very appreciated after a long day on the road. Thank you!

The shower was clean but had a funny smell - we had to run the water for a while for the smell to disappear. Not sure what that was about.

This trip was our first experience with Tru hotels. We stayed at 3 during our trip. The mattresses were so comfortable that we ordered a king sized one for our own bedroom. At this location, and the other locations, the room layout was spacious and lacking in clutter. Rooms have numerous USB ports for electronics. The baths, ours were handicapped accessible, are well designed and have plentiful grab bars. The breakfast bar is excellent. Common areas are nicely appointed with games for all ages to enjoy. We have recommended Tru to friends.

Staff was extremely helpful with our stay, after booking.com failed to do their job and confirm the reservation we paid to booking.com online. We arrived at the hotel and an hour and 10 minutes had gone by and the hotel had still not received communication from booking .com. We had just been driving 10 hours and were very tired. We finally paid for our stay directly to the hotel and decided to try to work out the issue we were having with booking.com the next morning. Many conversations back and forth and booking .com is adamant that they confirmed our reservation even though the manager at the hotel kept checking for communication from booking.com and It has been 2 days and I still never received that confirmation email from booking.com. After complaining and telling booking.com I was going to write a review explaining our situation, they offered us a $25 refund. I will never use booking.com again. I will only book reservations directly with the hotels.

It was beautiful. Looked newly renovated. Room was very spacious & clean. Liked the fact of no carpeting in the room. Breakfast was wonderful. Keep that in the program. Thank You & also the staff was very friendly & helpful. Thank you again!

There needs to be a second chair in the very spacious room, #210. My husband & I enjoyed a cup of coffee, but I had to sit on the bed…so just a small recommendation. Thank you once again.

Loved the staff! The front desk, no matter who was there, was amazing! Genuine smiles. Helpful. Kind. Happy. Joyous. Things you don’t see everyday, everywhere. They made me feel seen and heard as a customer. I will be back. I appreciate you all! The hotel was clean and inviting.

Breakfast was fine. Enjoyed the granola and yogurt. I loved having a desk that could be moved around. It allowed me to work on my computer without bothering my husband who was trying to sleep.

The automatic blinds could have worked better. Previously someone had managed to jam up the blackout curtain. Seems like the apparatus may have messed up. We had to work hard to get the blackout curtain unjammed.

Convenience to rt 95. Clean and pretty. Rm 101 easy to enter and exit through side door. Dog is welcome.

Booking.com confirmed my style and charged my capital one card. When I arrived on the 20th, the hotel had no record of my reservation, and charged me again. So I paid double for the room. It is now somewhat difficult to get my money back.

The property was very clean. The rooms were very quiet and it’s the perfect stop headed north or south on I-95. The breakfast offered a lot of options from fresh pancakes to bagels and bacon.

It was a little more expensive than what we would like to pay for a quick overnight stop.

Laundry rooms were free to quests. The place was extremely clean. It's next to a cracker barrel and a CVS if needed. There is a starbucks 0.3 miles away and a gas station which is perfect for traveling from out of state. There is a pool table in lobby for families and the breakfast bar was decent.

Loved the vibrant colors in tbe hotel. Enjoyed playing a game of pool in yhe lobby after a long drive. Appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. Staff at front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. Loved the brightness and lighting in the parking lot!
