We had to do a last minute reservation because we had our toddlers and had been driving for a while. We got there maybe around 10 pm and had requested a crib in the room. When we checked in, the crib wasn't in the room but the gentleman at the front brought it within 5 minutes. Also our key working after using a few times but the again the gentleman at the front desk was able to help us and maintained a great attitude. I wish I could have gotten his name so his manager could see this. Most front desk employees are not that friendly and no matter how clean or fancy the hotel is you always remember how rude their employees are. oh and their free breakfast was great too! I was able to take some cereal to my kids back in our room while my husband got them ready before checkout.

Everything was great. no complaints

Everything was perfect at this hotel. We have stayed there four times now as we travel through the Soutwest US area. The staff is always great, the rooms are perfect for our needs. We love the location and the view of the area every time. Overall we will stop by here every time we travel to or through St. George UT. Kudos to the Staff and Management at this facility.

There has been nothing that has disappointed us while staying at this hotel. The staff is awesome, breakfast is always and and greatly appreciated. The rooms are consistently clean and well prepared for travelers in this area. Well done!

The location was very good. The breakfast for the most part was good, scrambled eggs don't usually taste good when left out in those containers but that is everywhere. The room was quiet. I enjoyed the jacuzzi. The first day we were so tired and did not want to go and look for somewhere to eat. Nice having 5 choices within walking distance. The city parks were very nice.

The carpet in the room looked old and no matter how often you clean it, there are things that just stay. Having it in the bathroom is not very hygenic. The lights in the bathroom however were very nice.

The motel was very nice with attractive landscaping, the room was clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They offered a decent buffet including: Scrambled Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cold cereal, apples, oranges, juice, milk, coffee, hot chocolate. We enjoyed it a lot.. We would definitely recommend Clarion suites and we’ll go back for sure.

They need a bigger dining room for breakfast, but it’s not horrible.

The room was incredibly pleasant, quiet, and the spa bath was amazing for relaxing and unwinding after walking through Zion National Park. Denny’s and Black Bear Diner being in the exact same plaza made breakfast options convenient and easy to get to. Clarion is not the only option in the nearby area, but it may be the best one because of the heightened quality coupled with respectful and helpful workers.

The parking situation was limited because of the corner that the location is shoved into and if there were many visitors for one room, it left very few spots that may not be near your room.

Honestly, it was a great stay! The matresses felt a little springy or lumpy, but everything else exceeded my expectations. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and decent size. The breakfast was excellent. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Maybe update the matresses. I think they have run their course. Im 6'1" and 175lbs. I don't normally feel springs or lumps in matresses. They aren't completely terrible, I still got a good night sleep.

Nice to have a bigger fridge while traveling that was empty so we could put important medicine in. Comfortable stay & close to walking distance of many restaurants & fast food that was a bonus bc being in the car all day it’s nice to walk to a restaurant

I wish the queen beds were real queen beds. Having 2 adults & 2 teen boys share a bed that was smaller then usual Queen but luckily for the couch but it didn’t make into a bed

The bathroom door should swing out not in as you can’t open the door until you squeeze between the tub and the toilet for the door to open. I got sick and couldn’t call my son to help until I stumbled out and to the bed. If I had passed out, he would not have been able to get to me. DANGEROUS! Floor did not feel like there was padding under the carpet at all.

The room was nice and clean. The only negative was some trim was falling off the wall.

I was pretty darn happy. The front desk staff was pretty friendly and helpful. There was one person that didnt come out of the back office when I asked a question, would have been nicer if the did.

The room was large and comfortable, the breakfasts were top notch, which brings me to the staff, you couldn't ask for nicer people working in the kitchen area. So accommodating, and there were a lot of people there every morning so they were hopping. Not once did they run out of food, very impressive. The cleaning staff were also great. Check in staff, again awesome. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but many did and it was always clean and inviting.

The internet worked as a 24 hr resign in which is fine, but signing in could be challenging at times. We were there for the Huntsman senior games and they were fully booked which probably had something to do with it. Once on it wasn't slow or laggy. Everything else was great.
