The friendly staff, some recognising us from previous stays, excellent breakfast service and food. I was not happy with the breakfast service when I last stayed in November but it has transformed, a real turnaround. The location is good for the airport and great for local jeepnies etc and the malls. I complained about a squeaking bed (we just got married 😄) and they replaced it so quickly.

Maybe a little more work needed in the bathroom, shower head needed descaling, but no major dislikes.

The location, room, breakfast, and amenities are all excellent. the ambiance is very bright and lively which is also super nice. the variety of foods in breakfast is also commendable..

During check out, people lined up on the desk for queue but the staff didn't care to ask who goes first instead she catered the one in front immediately without asking who first. My colleague who happened to be a foreigner stayed in Club Rooms but didn't managed to have hair dryer and it took so long to arrived, end result, she didn't managed to have breakfast with me in time.

I like the customer service, the space in the room and the location which is just beside the mall. They allowed us to extend check out up to 1:30pm.

I was charged Php 2,400 for making a landline call to Manila. I was so shocked about this because there is no warning either from the staff who I tried to ask before making the call and not even in the room, so you will just consider it is free to make a landline call considering it is a landline you are using in a hotel and there was no warning at all! I feel robbed and scammed just making this calls. It is so unfair. Breakfast was just okay and would not spend a penny for it if I have to pay.

Breakfast Buffet and Dinner was really good. They have Clean and organized dining area. Staff were so courteous and friendly! Local beef area grass fed or organic. Deserts are just delicious and sumptuous! next to Mall and Market makes it super convenient

Basement Parking was like a maze and hard to find Seda parking section. Needs some directional signage.

The hotel is located beside a mall so that makes its location very convenient. The room size is average in size with all the amenities that is expected from a Seda hotel brand. Breakfast is good with enough choices. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay there.

I found my room to be poorly lighted than other hotels. I know hotels have their signature "smell" but I don't like the one in Seda Centrio although I am nitpicking already.

The room has no hair dryer facility. Fridge was not in the room when we checked in. (This is included in the room as advertised) Had to request for it. Transport to the Airport one way is pricy in comparison to our Manila Hotel transport price.

site location is very good, it's beside centrio mall and other malls. the room has one of the coldest acu, and the bed is very comfortable the gym facility is very adequate. breakfast food is very good, value for money. the staff are very friendly and accomodating you can't go wrong with choosing this hotel

the toilet & bath, however, needs more cleaning, especially the toilet and the shower head the shower head has dirt and grimes all over it the toilet bowl should be cleaned thoroughly. the pool tiles needs a little bit of cleaning also. the wifi needs improvement, the connection was very intermittent

Breakfast is Filipino style. Not a lot of variety but good enough to fill your stomach if your a heavy breakfast person. Breakfast area is not very big but it does cater the needs. You might need to wait for your turn as it gets pack. It's like a business hotel close to the city. It serves the purpose while I was there.

We got there just before noon. They offered us an early check in which was nice. The room was super, except that there was water on the floor near the window when we woke up the next morning. The hotel is excused, because there was an extreme amount of rain during the night, but it is smart to not put your luggage or anything else near the window unless it can tolerate water. The breakfast buffet was awesome, as usual. Seda is our favorite hotel in CDO, especially when there is a heavy rainfall. The service was very good.

The weather. It is, however, possible to avoid the rain entirely by being dropped off at the mall and walking under cover to the entrance of the hotel. The phone didn't work when we tried to call the reception. The refrigerator was unplugged, but we didn't try it so we don't know if it would have worked.

The staff were human and not act like robots

The pool could do with a proper clean especially in the edges . Green slime causes bacterial infections
