Beautiful spaceous room, nice bathroom with bathtub. Wifi was also good. There was a lot of room for our stuff. The bed was huge as well. We didn't take breakfast as we wanted to have serpme kahvalti in old town.

no drinks in the minibar, no coffee machine (only nescafe). Sadly there was no separate sitting area, it was in the room so it was difficult when our kids were sleeping. We were also disappointed the outdoor pool was closed (end of june) apparantly for them it was not warm enough yet (it was 30C). Inside pool was nice but a bit cold.

I actually didn’t like the bath tub in the bathroom the height to get inside is not normal for normal human height it’s old fashion for the hotel model

It has exactly what you'd expect from a Hilton. Very kind staff, nice restaurant, clean room, fast WiFi, and good breakfast. We enjoyed a dinner we had - pizza and pasta with wine and beer. We also went had dinner at Akyeri Konak and had a delicious, home-made meal that we'd highly recommend!

The hotel was about a 40 minute walk to the old town. But, it is an enjoyable walk along the main street of Safranbolu. And the hotel staff also mentioned a bus we could have taken.

The staff at the reception is very friendly, that's the beginning of a good stay when you're greeted warmly by the staff. Room is spacious and clean. They have plenty of parking. Location is quite a distance from the attractions, if you have a car it wouldn't be a problem for you. There are restaurants nearby (walking distance) so getting food is not a problem.

Fantastic breakfast. great gym facilities. very comfortable bed. clean well presented rooms. excellent shower with Crabtree and Evelyn products.

a local map would have been good and earlier gym opening hours so it's possible to exercise before breakfast.

bath and shower is combined so stepping in and out could become a hazard as it is big step with no rails

The hotel was very pretty and the workers were extremely kind and very helpful the rooms clean with a good bathroom the pool was nice .

There was only one problem ,the AC wasn't working properly but we got it fixed quickly.

The room was very clean, the bed is super comfortable. Staff knows English and was friendly. The suite’s space and well-designed, quite soothing.

The shower water pressure could be improved. It could be due to COVID, no mugs, glasses, or utensils were provided in the room, need to ask room service to deliver them. The lighting in the living room and desk area was very dim.

Everything was perfect.

A great hotel near the city centre and the old town. Absolute clean and prompt service. Breakfast was good with lot of items.
