We stayed in February for 5 days in this hotel. Location is close to city center around 20 minutes walking distance. 5 minutes to other restaurants and cafe's. 30 minutes by car to airport, costs around 15 Euro. Hotel rooms are very clean , bathroom is new , room is overall good. Breakfast has varieties sweet (pancake waffle or oatmeal) or savory (eggs, bread, ajvar, cheese), traditional loqum (pişi in Turkish)and special spinach pastry(burek-borek) was in options too. There are water refill stations in every floor. There are 10 steps between elevator and rooms if there is any disability or injury situation this should be considered. All staff is very helpfull and friendly. Coffee tastes great in Kosova . We were very happy and satisfied with hotel.

What an absolutely wonderful stay this was from start to finish! Based in a central, but quiet location, the hotel is easy to find, within 5/10 minutes walking distance from all the main points of interest and has free secure parking. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, helpful and just a general pleasure to deal with. The hotel itself feels very new but at the same time very charming, with so much great attention to detail. The room was aesthetically very pleasing, spotlessly clean and so so comfortable. I could've easily spent my whole stay just enjoying the room and hotel! The breakfast options were fantastic (freedom to choose from a menu, I tried something new each morning), they even let you customise the options, and I was very pleased with what I got each morning. I loved everything about this hotel and I'm really forward to coming back to Pristina and staying here again.

Everything was so great about the hotel, but if I had to mention something, the only slightly annoying thing was that the shower doesn't have a door. As much as I tried to contain the water, due to the lack of door, I couldn't stop water going all over the floor each time I had a shower. It's a shame as the actual shower was brilliant, with perfect temperature and water pressure.

The hotel is very stylish and clean and has a nice relaxing vibe. The staff were friendly and attentive. It's well located just a short walk from the central street. My room was very attractive and although small, it had everything I needed so I didn't really need anything bigger. The shower was great, nice and hot.

The only negative was the pillows - I wouldn't normally nit-pick on such a minor element of the room, but they were so huge and solid that they gave me very bad neck pain and I had to go and buy painkillers in the morning. This is easily rectified if you offered a softer/slimmer pillow option.

This is a very comfortable little hotel, in a good location, with a truly exceptional staff. We booked a larger room (I think it was considered a triple, even though there were just two of us), and we were glad that we did "splurge a little" on a larger room, since it was very spacious and had a small balcony (we peeked in another vacant, regular room, and it was smallish, and apparently without a balcony). The furnishings were modern, simple, clean and very comfortable. The location is very good, a block or two off the main plaza walkway through the city, with most of the major sites a comfortable walk (including to the old market). The two things we remember most fondly about the Garden Downtown Prishtina Hotel was the wonderful staff (including Auluna, Rinesa and Dion) and the incredible breakfast included in the cost of the room ---- you could order anything (and everything!) you wanted from the hotel's restaurant menu, which was a wonderful selection of custom prepared dishes, artfully presented. All around wonderful experience, and highly recommended.

Not the hotel's fault, but be aware that the Garden Hotel has two locations in Prishtina. One is on the outskirts of the city, and this one is their downtown location. Unfortunately our taxi driver dropped us first at the wrong location.

I booked a room for the weekend and let me tell you it was worth it. If I’m traveling to Prishtina in the near future (which I probably will be), Garden Downtown will be my first (if not only) choice. The rooms were really nice, modern and spacious. Breakfast was delightful. The location was perfect as it took me literally 2 minutes walking to get to the main boulevard. The staff was really polite, warm and welcoming and helped me with my luggage and anything else I requested during my stay. The hotel has its private parking lot near the hotel. Highly recommend Garden Downtown!

the location - you can easily walk to all sightseeing points. hotel is located in a side alley and for that reason very quiet. the staff was really nice and helpful! many thanks to them :) room had everything i needed, nice bed, bathroom and a good wifi connection.

only a small thing - i booked a room with balcony and got a room without balcony and it was also smaller than the one that was confirmed to me. breakfast was à la carte and okay (i prefer buffet, but i guess that’s personal taste).

The location was very convenient, the room was very bright and clean, and restaurant was great. There was also a swing in the room which was actually very relaxing

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and a few more electrical outlets

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of options and the food was good.

The rooms do not have a refrigerator. The staff offered to put anything we needed in the hotel refrigerator, so they tried to be helpful in resolving the issue. We just like the convenience of having one in the room. Otherwise it was perfect.

One of the best places to stay in Pristina. I highly doubt if there are any better places to stay. I wasn’t expecting my stay to be this beautiful. The room was cozy, A/C works well, Wifi works good enough, bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I’d definitely stay at this hotel if I come back to Pristina one day. Hotel’s restaurant is well decorated and they serve delicious foods. Breakfast was included and it was amazing. Amazing location. Literally 2 minutes walking away from the hotspots of the city.

What could be better are: -They should provide hotel/spa slippers. -There is no fridge in the rooms. Maybe they can add a small fridge to every room. -They can put two toilet papers instead of one to the en-suite bathrooms.
