Very clean, vibrant, peaceful, warm & welcoming, beautiful interior. OMG!!! I can’t emphasise enough upon how awesome the staff were. From the sec I entered the hotel to the sec I left. I was provided with a service of ROYALTY. David, Fathi & Ahmad really went out of their way to ensure that I didn’t encounter any disruption or inconvenience during my stay. Restaurant & Room Service staff were excellent too👌👌👌🫶🫶🫶. I don’t have enough words to express how grateful I feel towards everyone. I stayed 4 nights n it felt like home. Everything done so systematically on time. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Kuwait. This was my very first visit to Kuwait (a surprise visit for family n friends). I thought I wouldn’t go again since Kuwait doesn’t have much tourism but hand on heart i WILL DEFINITELY visit again n will be staying ONLY at AL KOUT BEACH HOTEL (MANGAF). I was unable to use WhatsApp and google chats for messaging and calling in my Apple devices . Had checked with the IT team but they said it may be due to UAE sim it is blocked . Had to use my roaming data for the stay. There was no buffets dining and the room dine menu was not having vegetarian and Indian options.

The location of hotel. The service mindedness of employess and the customer care they provided at front desk. The gym facilities was great. so was the pool. The suhoor provided was amazing and I highly recommend it!

The first few days the wifi at hotel was pretty poor. I contacted front desk and the issue was attended to and fixed not long after.

The place is very clean and the room is spacious. The breakfast buffet is beautiful, tasty, and clean. The lobby is very large Room service was an average speed service.

The hallway designs are not as beautiful. The beach part is actually only some part of the cafe tables to sit and look at the sea. No actual beach.

Customer service is exceptional. Whenever you ask for something they usually deliver. Breakfast was good too! Staff are all friendly and helpful despite the hotel was being full! I will most certainly go there again.

1- The beach wasn't that nice as there were shells and it was rocky so you can get easily injured even if you're being careful. You may however go through the sides apparently to avoid the rocks. 2- The stairs to the beach are too steep so it is not kids friendly.

Excellent staff. Very attentive. Not overly strict on the check-out time (my meeting was postponed and they allowed me to check out late free of charge to accommodate me). Also, gym was great and it's hard to find a gym that meets my standards.

The large shower head wasn't working, so I used the secondary one.

every thing is perfect, from the beginning to the end. the decorations, the workers, the stuff they were all helping and making sure that we are all satisfied. specially Mr.Ahmad Abdel Halim, he was very kind. he was always making sure that if we need something or we complaining about something and help us ASAP. Mr.Ahmad was the first reason that I booked again in the hotel. it was an unforgettable stay. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Nothing. i like everything in the property that’s why i came there alot.

The location was great for where we needed to be. The rooms were good size and comfortable.

The lighting in the bathroom was horrible. I couldn't see to apply makeup and my husband couldn't see to shave. The bathroom/shower floors are very slippery and dangerous for falling.

The staff was very good specially the reception (Jolly) she was very helpful and give me free upgrade
