Breakfast was delicious - day before you select the options for you and get food prepared and prepared specially for you. Buckwheat porridge with sour cream and dill was superb! The staff were very friendly and helpful - that was the first time I was guided to my room, introduced to all options available. During checkout I was offered with complimentary coffee to go - all small details matters :) Location - could not be better. Spacious rooms, very clean hotel.

Everything was good, no complains at all.

It is a modern hotel in a central location and there is a free public car park next to the hotel. The staff were lovely and really helpful whenever we needed anything. The room is really spacious and has a seating area. Breakfast is by menu, you pick your options the night before and when you arrive for breakfast in the morning it is essentially a three-course meal. Because it is table service and not a buffet you need to allow a bit more time for your breakfast. However the food is amazing, so it's worth it. Overall it is a lovely hotel and we would definitely stay there again.

I am not keen on shower design. It's one of those modern showers without a tray and with a slanted floor instead. Unfortunately on the first night, it was blocked and we ended up with water all over the bathroom floor. So overnight the bathroom stayed wet. The hotel sorted it the next morning when we reported it.

Incredible friendly staff that ready to help with any your request. We had comfortable quiet room with AC with windows to courtyard. And the best experience was the amazing breakfast that was cooked personally according to your choice. Selection from breakfast dishes is enough to find the best option for yourself.

A tight shower cabin without doors can be considered as a small flaw of the property.

My first time at this hotel, and now I'll always keep an eye on their offers whener I come back with family :) Nicely designed hotel, just as their name tells. Beautiful rooms. Parking nearby (central parking lot near Great Amber). Not really a beachside hotel, but definitely central for visiting city. Breakfast, despite being on a menu (not buffet, which normally would be my preference), was superb - restaurant quality, freshly made and very tasty.

Three tiny details. First, staff could be a little bit more explanatory, for example, upon arrival and checkin we were asked to fill breakfast request without an introduction what's going on. We were not ready for such a move :) Second, bedlinen felt to be too synthetic for me. Third, narrow space for shower, but this would not be a criteria to decide on staying here.

Nice receptionist.

Breakfast à la carte is a nice idea but it took way to long, even though there were just 2 tables. Also you don't get everything at once, the eggs benedict had large bones in the salmon and the hollandaise was split. You need to also give an approx. time the day before, that's a no go on holiday. They misread an allergy which they did take care of afterwards. All in all the breakfast needs a big upgrade.

Location and big room

inconvenience with breakfast. You need to choose from the menu in the evening what you are going to eat tomorrow. And you can choose only 3 dishes. And it strains everyone: guests and staff. The most inconvenient thing is that the menu is divided into groups from which the choice is limited by the number of selected dishes. If you do not eat porridge, sweet fruits or pancakes, then it is not so easy to order these 3 dishes. As a result, the husband was hungry.

Lots of free parking in front of the hotel; The staff spoke Lithuanian which really pleasantly surprised us; The room was comfortable and quiet during the nighttime; The breakfast was superb!

The only thing I did not like was the open shower (there was no door installed) that made the bathroom floor wet every time while taking a shower.

Very slow check-in procedure, dirty bathrooms (you can even find hairs of others and not one or two). As bathrooms are very dark, maybe they are difficult to see and clean. Everywhere in the hotel, especialy in coridors - bad smell of sewerage

Spacious room. The breakfast is at another level! Professional & friendly staff in most of the cases.

Matraces. Way too soft. When we asked to replace used glasses and a wine bottle at the minibar, it somehow got ignored.

Very clean, very comfortable, very hospitality and helpful staff, perfect and very tasty breakfast, next time we will book exactly this hotel! And perfect location. We are very-very satisfacted!! Perfect service, amazing Christmas decorations of the restorant.
