I liked almost everything , cleanness , service , hospitality and very friendly reception , Stephanie is an amazing , friendly and hospitable woman who does welcome the guests and does whatever it takes to make the guest's stay more comfortable ...I would really recommend this property for all my friends and I would never hesitate to come back again to this property whenever I visit Lebanon again ....

very friendly and very accommodating staff no matter the query or request, bed done, towels replaced daily, room cleaned. bathroom toiletries amply provided, great help in providing transport from an to hotel. Electrical power was only disconnected for a matter of less than 2 minutes, which by itself is a great plus for Beirut which as continuous and frequent power disconnections. Ideal location to many touristic sites neaby. I would not hesitate in recommending Hotello Guest suites to all visitors, Thanks Stephanie and staff.

Although provided by simple request, a few bags of Tea , coffee and sugar would complement the more than adequate little kitchen with it electric kettle , fridge and even microwave oven. If I may suggest a better and clearer address / or directions on the website maybe coupled with a little map / directions of the Hotello guest suites and surrounding area to give to drivers to the suites. Hope one day Lebanon economy get better and once again allow payments by Visa or similar major Cards.

During my stay at Hotello Guset Suites, I had an incredible experience. The attention to detail and the level of service were exceptional. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and impeccably clean. The staff were accommodating and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was tasty, and I truly appreciated the value for the price paid. I would like to extend my gratitude to the staff for their excellent service throughout my stay. I highly recommend Hotello Guset Suites for anyone looking for a remarkable and memorable stay.

I would have preferred if there was a shataf (شطاف) in the bathroom for added convenience.

The hotel is at a very good location in Jouneih. All the major tourist attractions like Telefrique, Jeita Caves, Byblos, Batroon are nearby. Hotel was nice and clean, rooms were spacious. But the best part was the warm welcome I got from the Hotel Manager, Stephanie. She was very proactive to contact me quickly after my booking, and even arranged a Taxi pickup from Beirut airport. During my stay there she was always reachable, and even helped me to prepare my travel itinerary. I have no doubt to say, without her my trip wouldn’t have been this very successful. Even all other staff members were super nice and friendly.

No dislike for the property, but wish surrounding area should have more restaurants.

everything was exceptional. From the first day, I got a special treatment from Mrs. Stefani (owner) and the staff of the hotel. They were very amazing. Electricity is available for 24 hours, everyday cleaning, the breakfast was amazing and delicious with different kinds of food. They even doing laundry for free. They even didn't let me pay immediately when I reached to the hotel. They waited until I got my suite and arranged my stuff. you can't find such a treatment in any other hotel.

The location of Hotello guest suites couldn't have been better. Situated in an amazing area, I had easy access to various attractions and amenities, making my trip all the more enjoyable. One of the standout features was the laundry service. It was not just good, but truly amazing, allowing me to pack light and have fresh clothes throughout my stay. The hospitality of the staff was impeccable. The attention to detail and the genuine care they showed towards guests truly made a difference in the overall experience. It's clear that they take pride in ensuring guests have a memorable stay.

HOtello was an amazing experience! We felt like home, and the team is extremely friendly and lovable. They did their absolute best to serve us, provide a taxi for us and make sure everything is settled and that we are comfortable. Coming from an Arab country, we wished there was a bidet, other than that the place was perfectly clean
