A good selection of food at breakfast with a nice view of the park outside the window. Staff were SUPER helpful and friendly. The hotel was homely and welcoming. The hotel communicated well with me regarding booking airport transfers - so I felt safe travelling alone. The hotel kindly made me a packed-breakfast to take to the airport for my early flight (thanks again). I'd recommend your hotel and would stay here again without looking for alternatives. Some plugs in the room (on 24/25 June) did not work. The kettle in same room did not have a plug near to it. Fresh milk or powdered milk would have been appreciated for the coffee sachet. Aircon needed to have the choice of setting it lower. The seats in the rooms were not comfy - for example I wanted to sit and read a book and rest for a while but the chair was more like an office chair and not good for comfort. So, I had to sit on the bed with pillows to prop me in a sitting position.

Breakfast - excellent. Room - spacious, with AC Bathroom - a little too small, but ok. Services - better than in London :) Really. Top services (rooms, restaurant, reception) Restaurant of the hotel - excellent. Neighbourhood: a large park, near the Zoo (unfortunately we had no time to visit), a great tennis club nearby (Tennis JUG) Location: 15-20 minute walk (no hurry) to Macedonia Plaza. Parking: just a few in front of the hotel. For any other parking space in the city you have to pay. Markets: no one very close (about 5-7 minutes walk till the nearest one).

We liked everything at the hotel. The restaurants nearby can be noisy so you have to close the windows.

This is such an awesome accommodation option!!! Upon check-in we were up upgraded to a suite, which was a lovely surprise, but regardless of this, I would still recommend it! Our room was huge, with a balcony looking out to the city park across the road. The location of the hotel is superb - it is approx an 800m walk through the park to the Vadar River trail, which takes you straight into downtown and the nearby Kale Fort. The included breakfast is taken in the downstairs restaurant, and is excellent, as are their lunches and dinners (of which we had both). Our room was cleaned inbetween our two nights, which was appreciated, and the staff here are exemplary - going out of their way to help and advise. We booked this accommodation for both the location (near the city park/zoo/town center) and the availability of bikes, however unfortunately the bikes had not been used in a while and were in a state of needing repair (flat tyres etc).

As avid cyclists, we tend to stay at places that advertise as having bikes. As mentioned above, bikes were available, but as they hadn't been used in a while, they were needing some repairs done to them.

Hotel City Park is excellently located, approximately 15 minutes on foot to the main square, the fortress, or the old bazaar. The location near City Park is very pleasant, the walk was great. The hotel consists mainly of staff, we thank everyone very much for their pleasant and accommodating behavior! The room was exceptionally large, bright, pleasant, very clean. The mini bar was nicely equipped. They cook fantastically in the restaurant! My wife and I visited Skopje for the first time, it is a beautiful city full of history. We would definitely love to come back here! We thank you!

This was our second stay at this hotel (3 nights 7-10 Sep 22) and everything met our expectations once again, nestled in the “Debar Malo” restaurant & café precinct and about only a 15min stroll to the city centre. special mention to Meri for arranging our laundry to be washed for a very reasonable price this was appreciated greatly as we had been travelling internationally for a week (Singapore & Istanbul) and our laundry had built up.

The breakfast spread was pretty good however there was no food warmers, cold sausages & eggs is little underwhelming in the morning. I recommend that hotel management address that ASAP.

I loved my stay at City Park Hotel. I was a woman traveling by myself and from the moment I arrived the staff really looked after me. The room was great, perfectly quiet and comfortable with. blackout shades and an air purifier, and the food in the restaurant was really superb. It's also a great location across from the city park and in a neighborhood with tons of great food and drink options. But honestly, I think I ate at the hotel every day at least once a day! That's how good it was. The salads, the pizza, the wine... I knew I had made a good choice when all of my local friends said it was a great hotel, too! Really great, no complaints whatsoever.

I didn't like when my trip was over and I had to leave Skopje and the City Park Hotel! I can't wait to return and bring my family to visit.

Excellent location! Right in the restaurant and cafe district of Skopje, and right next to Central Park (which has an athletic track and is on the river walk). Comfortable hotel with extremely helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. They offer airport shuttle for €25. Wifi worked well, shower pressure was good, bed was comfy, large windows with lots of natural light, and very nice amenities in the bathroom.

The breakfast was exceptional for the value. There was a significant variety of options to choose from. The quality was more than I or my partner had expected.

The only thing that was a bit of an inconvenience is that the Wifi did not seem to work well in the room I stayed in (205). It would cut in and out depending on where you were in the room. Part of it is my own fault, since we didn't need it too much, and I never told the staff about the issue until we were departing. The staff insisted that if we told them about it earlier, they could have corrected the issue.

Spacey room but there is a lot of potential. A busy road in front, nice neighborhood, simply good restaurants around, and coffee shops with trained baristas. Some hotel staff with great service attitude and friendlyness.

Room was quite cold on arrival, noisy Air Conditioning. with heating. Electric heat was provided extra but works only when present in the room. Shower temperature was cold late evening. Shower water was flowing through the bathroom. The carpet looked awful. Everything could be cleaner, but it was ok-ish. Breakfast was just acceptable. You have to fill a form with your wishes and specific time. When you arrive, nothing seems to be prepared. Plan waiting time. Horrible tasting tea water, coffee far from good and cold toast served. I ordered fresh fruit, but this was only fulfilled on one of three mornings. I recommend the burger bun for breakfast instead of the toast. As they drive a good burger restaurant, it is an obvious choice.

The staff is very nice, kind, friendly and helpful. That's the best thing about this hotel and because of the staff I give 8. The location is good- close to the city centre (10 mins walk) and the restaurant district. Large room.

Shower was leaking, toilet bowl was not clean, noisy air conditioner, poor wifi. The carpet in the room needs to be changed, looks terrible. The bottled water was frozen into ice in the fridge. I wouldn't recommend ordering food from the restaurant to the room- takes very long time, the food comes cold, instead of medium rare steak I've received almost well done.
