The listing doesn't do this place justice. A lovely hotel set in a beautiful garden that provides produce for the restaurant. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with mosquito nets provided. The restaurant serves delicious meals.

The hotel is incredible, especially the gardens and the staff. I have stayed here multiple times and every time has been wonderful. They put so much work into every small detail and it makes your stay there feel so personal and comfortable. The new event space and restaurant are also so gorgeous. I can't recommend this place enough!

Not a complaint for me, but it is a little far from the city center. However they can help you coordinate transport between the city and center and the hotel and the distance provides quiet and serenity you can't get in the city center.

couldn't pay by credit card, even if it was announced. But could pay with euro's which solved the problem. No early breakfast (not before 7pm) and no dinner after 8pm.

Driving from the capital, this hotel is an oasis in a sea of bedlam. A plant lovers dream. The gardens are massive and wonderfully maintained. A walk around them is a must. Food was delicious with good portion sizes. Rooms were wonderfully decorated was sustainability in mind. Very eco friendly. Apart from the odd barking dog, it was very peaceful. All staff we met (including the gardeners) were lovely. Bathroom was great with an excellent shower.

The track to the hotel was very bumpy.

This is one of the most amazing lodges I've ever stayed at! The rooms were beautifully appointed, the garden lush with so many birds, there were large veggie and fruit plots and they grow all their ow food (you can taste that!). There is a charming small barnyard full of happy, well cared for animals. The staff were lovely. Truly an exceptional stay!

The food is amazing!! They grow a lot of what they feed you. Loved the breakfast and the dinner. Room was clean and spacious. The room had a small space heater for the chilly nights

Dim lighting in the room. Water pressure in the shower was very low. Lots of mosquitos in the room with all windows closed. Would be nice if they provided bug spray to keep the room less buggy. No mosquito netting over bed

Hotel is in a beautiful garden setting with spacious boutique style rooms. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Hotel restaurant serves food from the kitchen garden.

Entrance to the hotel is through a backgate which was locked at time of arrival.

Souimanga Hotel is situated a bit outside Antsirabe in a nice garden setting. The rooms are nice and stylish. The beds are super comfy. Dinner has vegetarian options and is presented nicely. Breakfast is especially great. .

The only drawback is that you easily hear other people moving about in the corridor and opening/closing the doors.

Friendly staffs with warm hospitality. Comfort beds with huge bathroom (wonderful shower!) Gorgeous flowers garden, feel like it's out of the world! Superb breakfast especially honeycomb raw honey & cherimoya. We were only stayed overnight, and very short time as pit stop between long journey Morondava and Andasirbe.

Beautiful garden! Good place to stay, parking on the property, kind staff, delicious meals also vegetarian was very nice and diverse. Everything was possible, for example mosquitonet got arranged, packed pancakes for lunch for our long roadtrip next day, eggs adjusted to the breakfast, help with a motorbike rental to go to the craterlakes. Compliments to all of the staff!
