Location is convenient for most things apart from the distance from work site. Lotus's is also nearby if need anything and any necessary items and food stalls and restaurants are near the hotel, same goes for the convenience stores. Room is alright, although for some might find it awkward to have the washing sink next to the room door, separate from the bathroom. Parking is available at the moment there's no need to pay anything for the parking.

Not enough plug points and the ones attached in the room is in an awkward location for putting the kettle or to use for charging phone. May need to prepare with an extension cable for the kettle to reach the plug point while the kettle is on the desk.

The location of the hotel cover by a lot convienience stall so when want to get something is easy and nice. Other than that haiiizzz nothing that I like at all.

The hotel cleanliness are damn so terrible Cockroach every where. especially night time there are some will climb on your head as a mark I came here before. A hotel like this can't afford to pay some pest control to get everything easy and find . or the staff and boss actually have a habit to live with all Cockroach and insects ? Is a sort of scary experience. the toilet bowl also never clean properly. omg scary movie hotel.

We booked a suite room at great value. Room is spacious, the selling point is the jacuzzi - we really made full use of it during our stay.

The room was very clean. Although the space is small, you still have all the basic requirements in a hotel room like hot water, sink, place to hang clothes, water, soap, cups etc.The check in process was fast too. Easy to buy food

There's hardly place to pray. The bed made a sounds once you sit on it. I was expecting a small room but not that small. Not for a person with claustrophobic condition

The location was perfect, we had everything we need in an easy access. Dinner and breakfast were just around the corner, not to mention the nearby Lotus's, and a self coin laundry shop just behind the hotel for us to bring back clean clothes. Our room was 214 unit which was located at the end of the aisle, a bit far from the lift. But, it was quite convenient considering the iron and the iron board were just outside the room.

The pipe hose for the toilet was leaking and should have been checked and repaired before any check in. The rest were satisfactory, it's worth to come back and stay there again.

I guess the location is not bad, many food outlets and stalls. LOTUS is just across the road, Close to the city of Alor Setar and the magnificent Zahir mosque and other historical monuments.

The front facade of the hotel need to be upgraded especially the lobby. Not enough space for guests to sit before check in.

I think hotel should change the door to the left side because when we open it, since the hand basin is there (water will always everywhere), so our footprint will mix with the water on the floor. It's a bit dirty.

Their value with the facilities they provided. I’ve stayed here for more than 5 times. That is everytime when I come to Alor Star. This time around since I travelled with a baby, I booked king bed instead. And loving the space that I had.

They do not have refrigerator in the room.

Maybe registration staff can smile a bit in front of customer, i know what they feel when they tired working especially for shift. But be professional, greet the customer well next time ya.
