Customer service excellence..even my family going in out hotel frequent..they kindly press button remotely and i guees for the safety of customer too cause they can monitor who going in and out of the hotel..reply my message faster than i thought even through apps..room clean and comfy too
A small matter, that is, as my room does not have floor mat..my children actively going around and the floor become quite dirty as they leave foot mark..overall my staycation is nice and satisfied..good job

Free car parking for hotel’s guest and located on the 1st floor which is quite easy for customer to pick up things from car. Besides, the receptionist at the lobby was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for giving us a good service at your hotel.
