When we arrived, the door was locked. Had to call oyo hq. We were given the owner's hp no to call. Surprisingly was told the accommodation was already fully booked and the owner claimed had informed oyo/booking.com but it was posted as available when we booked. The owner did not even apologise. We had to look for other accommodation despite booking!!! I don't like oyo service too, as had to call the oyo office, not the owner directly.

Nothing.

My booking was cancelled without my knowledge. Neither OYO Homes nor Booking.com informed me anything regarding the cancellation. After I arrived at the homestay, i called oyo side then they only told me,it was cancelled. No refund was given up until today, 7th Feb 2024. Both of your side need to cooperate and admit your mistake.
